The area that you were calling the Town Center is actually known by locals as the "corner" Atlantic Boulevard splits Atlantic Beach from Neptune Beach so we're home spun, ragtime are is Atlantic Beach the other side of the road where North Beach and Mezzaluna's is at is actually Neptune Beach great little quiet place everybody knows everybody there we can be seen just about every day strolling around on our electric bikes
Morning! Im curious as to where I could find a good rental house or an apartment at? One of my friends is currently there now looking and she's wanting me to move there as well. Just started working 100% remote and I live right outside of Memphis -unfortunately 😢
So, moving back to FL would be a dream come true! (Use to live in Santa Rosa Beach) -never on that side of FL have I been to!
Could you drop some good places for us to look into? I'm needing to move out of Memphis/Southaven, MS by the end of July.

@@alishashackelford9590 I'm in the plumbing business so I can tell you straightforward stay away from any kind of rental company, investors who use Realtors . Try to find a private individual who owns some property no matter if it's in the beaches area or anywhere else in the city finding them is the trick because most of them don't advertise, and these are the people I tend to work for. There's a guy named Russ he's good friends with my son and he owns a lot of properties in nice areas in Atlantic and Neptune Beach I will try to find his information but I do know that he owns several crossfit workout facilities but he does not advertise his properties all of his tenants are good in his tenants that I have worked in their rentals have always had very good things to say about him they love renting from a private individual instead of a company

This is northeast FL near Jacksonville. I've lived here a few years. Its pretty affordable compared to places up north.
I really want to move to Florida the only problem I have is finding a good paying job that will help me afford living there. Do yall have any suggestions?
