Dan Toler of course is a underrated guitarist ,he is missed. Why is he not on Rolling Stones list of top rated guitarists ? Wtf. He's incredible as well as remarkable.
as Does 25 6 2 4 By Chicago live 1970 .And Hard to Handle. The Grateful Dead Fallout from.the Phil Zone, and The Clap Yes and Any thing Stevie Ray Vaughn .
The bass had the opening lick wrong,Tolman was outasite, dickie not 100% accurat, keyboard wtf!!! Was he doing slow and lost ,drums doesn't work on this song, better buy win lose or draw allmans best album,
All their albums had their place in time, no rating here, listen a place in time. I like studio stuff better, but concert stuff is never, don't say ever, but for most part, if bands are playing it live not going to be perfect. Of coarse it is to the listener, what's good or bad. Sounds pretty good to me.
@@albertheidger645 they are actually cheating on time compare to the original recording so for the ears it's not a big problem because the first time signature is really odd but you loose a part of the groove of this particulary song with it. Definitely one of the hardest abb tune to play
How good was dangerous Dan!!!
Guy was an animal
No wonder they called him dangerous Dan 🔥 I had the chance to see him and Dickey play together many times, amazing duo

Its amazing what these two guitars do with thier amps barely turned to Crunch, that takes work.
Masterpiece
Dangerous Dan was damned good in his own right. Wonder who's picture is on Bett's guitar? I write this 4/18/2024 as Betts has just left us.
Hendrix
From band of gypsys
Wow! The outro from Whippin Post is in there. Bravo !!!
Sick!
They did not make a lot of great music post Duane / Berry, but this is a good one.
WOW!!!
Bad ass!
Cause Rolling Stone magazine is complete BS just like the R&R hall of fame, Joe.
You are absolutely correct
The Music industry of this day and age has the judgment of a 13 year old.
They really dont care for musicians anyway, they were all about the drugs and Politics

Dan Toler sounds great. Dickey sounds good but messed up his own lead playing a couple of times. Bass sounds out of tune after a while.
Ruined a Great Song.....Overkill !! Great technique...Allman Bros. Version with Betts....Much Better ...Listen to it !!
