Your little niece and nephews are precious. It’s so obvious how much you love them. They are blessed to have an aunt like you.
One of the big things I noticed when I started loosening hair was Stress!!!!!! I also had very thick hair all my life, my hairdresser would always put a fan in when she had to dry my hair. I’m 73 (4) days I started taking prenatal vitamins and my hair started growing I have new growth all over. Stephanie you are so beautiful and sweet,.❤❤❤❤ I have fallen asleep and almost did not wake up to pick up my grandchildren
Stephanie, you were in a panic! I can only imagine what you were feeling. I told Chelsea today that it is obvious her kids are growing up in a loving home. They are so kind and for no reason (except love) they just express their love for you guys. It makes my ❤️ smile.

It truly can be from stress, but ALSO, please make sure your thyroid is functioning properly. My daughter's hair started to fall out by the handful and it turned out her thyroid was almost non-functional!

That happened to me once before with my children. The bus was running late and I had taken a Nap and woke up in a panic and I know what you felt horrible to feel that way. But thank The Lord that they had made it home safe.

Stress most definitely causes hair loss. You went through so much last year. Thinking that was the issue.
You’re not a terrible aunt! As a school bus driver here’s a bit of advice.1- know the bus/route number.2- make sure your name is registered with the district transportation as a person who can pick up your nephews and that they have your phone number. 3- have transportations phone number in your phone so you can call if your running late. 😉

You are so right. My husband's had surgery on his veins in his left leg. Was in hospital for a month and the month in rehab . He been home for a year no. His healing has been slow. He useing a walker to get around . I got have to do so much for him, from bathing him to help get dressed. I feel so burned out. I plan on finding so one to talk to about my feelings. You right I need to get up and get a dress. I'm not only neglected in myself i'm neglecting my home.

I neglected my home for two years! Lost our youngest adult daughter to covid in 2021. The same day as that my husband nearly died from covid, too. He was life flighted hrs away from me & I wasn't allowed to see him at all. He was in ICU for a few weeks. I was so grief stricken & overwhelmed. My hair began falling out & is still falling out. I had thick hair, but not any more. Stress wreaks havoc on your body. Take each moment as it comes & know you are not forgotten.
Your psyche & body will eventually begin to heal & life WILL get better. Until then I am praying for you.
Ms. Jane...seek any and all outside help to get you through these challenging times. Do not wait until you have broken down physically, and emotionally. I speak from experience that care giving will absolutely take you down if you let it. Check your area senior centers, doctors offices, and churches for resources. Sending up a prayer for you.
Prayers for your husband and for you. I completely understand how you feel. It's not an easy life, but you will get through it. One day at a time.

That color lip gloss is perfect shade for you, so pretty. I get it what you’re saying about hair loss. I have been experiencing the same thing, having super thick hair, & now losing hands full. My doctor will not take me seriously saying it is hormonal or stress related. I had to demand & speak harshly to my doctor to get blood work for thyroid. I got a poster board & put wads of hair loss & taped to poster board to show my doctor. He said something like keeping hair in shower for months before picking it up. I said no that is from 1 time washing my hair.

I think I'd look for a new doctor. He doesn't sound like he's listening to your concerns. I hope you get it figured out. I know it's frustrating.

Hi and good morning! I love it when you do a get ready with me. Thanks for pointing out that as a care taker we need to take care of ourselves! My husband (and mom and dad) were sick for many years. I along with my wonderful son were the ones who took care of them. I really know what you mean. The hair loss that you had was from stress I think. It will fall out 2 to 3 months after the stress. It can keep happening or get better. I have had this happen to me several times. It does grow back in though. I take vitamins for hair and nails now too. I love to see your videos, stay warm and cozy!
Stress can cause hair loss but also I have heard a doctor say that so many of his patients are experiencing hair loss after having Covid. I understand the panic you felt being late. We all have things that just unfortunately happen! God bless!
I also suffer from hairless. I have thyroid problems but also lost most from chemo. I used to have very thick hair. Flat irons and the straight brush dryers do make hair flat. Try using the brush with you head upside down. I use the round brush dryers. I love it. I do my last last so it isn't isn't super wet.
That foundation is the best! The foundation has a pump. Takes a few times to pull the cap off slowly . I go through the same thing where the whole thing comes up.

My hair was coming out alot recently and I told my hairdresser she inspected my scalp and said she saw no bald spots and usually you will if your losing abnormal amounts, she said we do this in intervals during the year... but stress can cause it or medications too! I just noticed this past week I'm not losing as much hair, I did have surgery 6 months ago and was taking medications that I'm not taking anymore. I felt so bad for you I can only imagine how you felt falling asleep and being late!

When you lose hair in "circles" it's usually from stress. Been there done that. My hair instructor taught me that.

Stephanie, thought I would share that I was losing my hair also . I always had a thick head of hair. I wasn't feeling well, so I went to the doctor and he did blood work and my iron is extremely low which will cause hair loss and extreme tiredness which I have. Just thought I'd mention that to you in case you kept having problems. Plus he told me dieting can also cause hair loss. Just thought I'd share. Have a blessed day! ❤️🙏

I have the same thing with the bald patches. I was diagnosed with Alepicia areata, and I found using my vitamin d and keeping my glucose levels really low really help. So I stay on a keto carnivore diet. The best thing I could have done
Stephanie, as several of your subbies have commented. Get your thyroid checked its just a blood draw. Low thyroid levels can cause extreme fatigue and hairloss. All the stress you have experienced this past year can do the same to a person. Scary moment there with the kiddos, happy things turned out as they did. Oh Stephanie…. I know that PANIC FEELING with the kids! Your heart just about comes up your throat !!! I forgot to pick up our youngest daughter one time…FORGOT HER! Of course she was at a friend’s house and they watched me drive by and were excited , more play time !!! LOL!!! I got home and was horrified! I cried all the way to her friend’s house. I know…she was safe and all that….but just the idea that “ I FORGOT HER 🥺” These parents who have their children taken… I would need to be put down…I don’t know if I could live through that.

Stephanie, you use the same makeup I use. That is not an applicator…do not screw off this lid…pull straight up on the top. It has a pump dispenser and you only need a pea sized amount. It can be applied using fingers or a brush to apply. 😊

Stephanie, don’t be too hard on yourself for falling asleep and running late to meet the kids getting home from school. I have learned that I need to set alarms to remind me when it’s time to either leave to go somewhere or even start dinner. I can get so totally engrossed in anything and lose all track of time-I think it happens to everyone from time to time. I can definitely see the difference the hair products and tools make with your hair. If you are losing hair, may want to have your thyroid checked out. It could be and likely is stress. You have been through so much over the past few years,especially this past year with losing Timmy. I like to massage castor oil into my scalp several times per week. I know some woman put castor oil on their eyelashes and eyebrows-so far I just massage it into my scalp. My hair tends to look really dull and the oil really helps give my hair a healthy sheen-it also helps the frizziness, too. 💝💝💝😍
