The fact that he's even in the conversation against people who are still releasing to this day whereas he died 26 years ago should tell you that he was a beast, and still is. There's still a huge population of the world that doesn't know who Nas and Jay is, but go to the most secluded corners of the world and you would most likely see a Pac poster or a Thug Life tattoo. Truth be told, all those guys mentioned are more lyrical than Tupac, but Tupac has an edge in content, creativity, impact. He was very versatile, had hits for days, plus his songs were very insightful, informative, uplifting as compared to the other guys who spent their days rapping about their times in their neighborhoods or how much money they got.

This conversation ended for me when they said Jay would beat Pac in a Verzuz. I don't think Jay would beat Big in Verzuz & it would depend on the lineup if he would beat Nas. Illmatic alone is going to win 4-5 rds & then from there it's all strategy. Pac is the most versatile rapper in history and he touched on alot of subject matters but as a Pac fan his production was not always the best. When I go back and listen to his music he has some joints where lyrics and beats are on point but then some are hit o miss just like Big, Jay & Nas.
