I wouldn't say "failed", of course not like their true pop punk/metalcore vibe.
There was a few other good songs, Last Chance to Dance, Resentment for the heavy side. The singalongs were Mindreader, Bloodsucker & Degeneres; that definitely give that pop punk ADTR feel.
But the Brick Wall is a brick wall 🧱 ..

I suspected that they would collab at some point after seeing them have back to back sets at rocklahoma 2 years ago. They are both misfits in their respective genres who have the talent to branch out in any direction they see fit. Plus i gained a lot of respect for ronnie at that event when he stopped abruptly during a song to get onto a girl who was flashing him and giving her a quick "dad talk"
Ronnie and Jelly Met back in 2012 at warp tour.. Jelly asked Ronnie for a autograph for his daughter..Hes talked about it alot and has always respected Jelly. If watch the Blair interview with him he talks how he called Jelly asked him to be on the song but dosent send his music to people and Jelly was like hell yea flew to Cali on his dime with out hearing this.. One of those where you look at A Day to Remember and say 'this is how it should have been done'. Gotta hand it to Ronnie, man's a genius as a writer as well as a performer. I had never heard of Jelly Roll since I know nothing about the country space. But he's got a nice raw powerful voice that I can get behind, it sync'd beautifully with Ronnie's voice too. As far as tracks go, I really liked it.

Lived in the country, grew up farming, hat country music. This was epic. I've listened to Ronnie since I had FiR's first album on CD in my car I purchased final year of high school. This was a surprise and a treat.
