Thanks for this! I’ve been considering a hybrid car for a while now unfortunately the reviews are really limited and mostly test drives pa. This is the only one I’ve seen that discussed about the ownership and maintenance.
I dont mind hardware sugar reviewing hybrid cars. Linus media group does that and show the tech aspect of it. More videos like this Atty.! Pang pawala ng umay ba haha.
I have mine for 6 years. Same color. 😊 I just had the Crz Mugen Rz bodykits and changed the wheels for attention. Solid car though. It only requires a change oil and your good for the whole year. 😊 I love how you kept it stock.
I had been eyeing for this for awhile now but im a little hesitant to buy it. I live in Cebu and i saw a green and a white CRZ for sale but needs to save more to be able to buy a 700k 2nd hand CRZ. I also did a research and the battery's warranty is up to 15years. Anyways, tnx for the informative video.
Have owned it for 7 years and have never regretted buying it. With the different modes and speed boost it's really fun to drive and it's distinctive enough to look different from most of the cars out there. (That said I always thinks it also sort of looks like the Ford Focus which is pretty common 😆)
wala pa akong car pero watching this video makes me wanna get a car. Soon.!! Ganda ng review nyo po. Daghang Salamat sir. Unta more car reviews pa puhon.
Nice to hear she's still appreciated. Mine is the 2013 refresh. They are rare here in the Philippines but I don't think there's much of a secondary market for them here.
tbh I haven't noticed, in the years that I've owned it I usually only activate sports mode on clear highways (where I can enjoy it) where I do not need to stop
it's great, I still use it as my daily car (batteries, the ones that drive the electric motor) are still going strong they don't make them anymore though, you'll be getting second hand?
once a year I bring it to the casa for PM and whatever they need they have on hand naman have not had to do any repairs which require parts so I can't say how hard they would be to find in that situation what I can say is that it is a very FUN car to drive, still my daily driver to this day
@@hwsph Thank you sir, been considering an extra car CRZ and Genesis. But as a Honda user, the reliability really is the consideration. Thank you again for your response. :D
Honest Review... Disappointing km/l on that hybrid... less than 8km/l... sounds terrible. i was expecting Greater than 10km/l... i cant stop to compare with a small diesel car... it does pollute but its km/l is way higher. easy 11km/l city driving
Actually my all time average is 10.7 km/l. Still not great but really I blame it on the fact that I drive mostly within the city (Makati) instead of intra city (eg. Makati to QC, Makati to San Juan). At least intra city you can use highways (EDSA, C5) which are also traffic but they still move. Inside Makati if you're unlucky you can be trying to get to the same intersection for 45 mins :p
have not had that problem with mine but based on my experience with the car I would guess it would run normally, you just lose the functionalities associated with the electric assist
mas maganda padin sa casa. gaya nung auto ko nissan navara old model nag overheat binaklas ang makina sa talyer pero hindi na kayang ibalik ipinasa sa casa ng nissan buti nlng mabuo ulit
on the radio the am/fm button is also labeled clock, hold down the am/fm button unti the time starts blinking and then you can adjust the hour side by using the "1" button of the radio presets, you can adjust the minutes by using the "2" button of the radio presets once time is correct press am/fm button again
CR-Z is just a Fit/Jazz with battery technically because they share the same engine One thing I notice you haven't said what CR-Z stands for which is "Compact Renaissance Zero" After 7 years you haven't upgrade the wheels where is the justice on that haha More power hardware sugar wish ko lang madami kayong item stock ng pc parts this 2021
Just a suggestion: Maybe you should consider to create another channel for other reviews like this one or rebrand as Hardware Sugar Techtips. It is somehow confusing what your channel is really all about and misleading us with what you are known for as a PC-related channel.
I'm naturally curious about new things so I like trying new tech out, when budget permits :p Would love to try a full EV (eg. Nissan Leaf) and then power it using the electricity generated from my panels - so the energy used to power the car would be completely emissions free.

Been seriously considering this but quite rare on the secondary market. Good actual owner review. Thanks!👌🏻
knowing what I know now I would still buy it again in a heart beat, have had a lot of fun times driving this guy

@HWS hows the battery of your hybrid Honda? did you replace it already or it's still the original battery?
still the original battery and still going strong
been meaning to make a short on it actually praising its longevity
1st gear!?? If you can’t find it grind it 😊
one of my favorites
Do you drive it on rainy days also? Planning to have hybrid as a daily car, I’m worrying on rainy days.
yup I drive it in all conditions without any problems
driving during strong rain/storms, no problems
I have a 2011 sport but I want a 2016 gt Non for sale in the UK coz everyone just loves them

thanks for the info regarding ac turning off when at stop. question - will that happen if sports mode is on? cheers :)

@@hwsph also if you don't want the car to shut off on every stop you can turn on the rear defrost on and it won't let the car shut off
Hardware Sugar, maintenance of your CRZ is still being done in the dealership?
yup I bring it in once a year
Hi! How was the CRZ now this 2023? Planning to get one!

That fin was commonly a radio antenna

Lodi ask lang po paano po ang battery replacement ng crz.?
nice boss
What if ayaw na mag charge or sira na hybrid battery . required ba to replace or you can leave it as is ? Kasi may standard battery ka naman? Thanks
