- Hi every one just an afternoon here doing pest control with my best mate in the middle of July, it gets no better really at this time of year.
Great to see Jack doing what he does best.
Thank you my friend.
Thanks again for taking the time to put this video together. I love them and I'm not alone. As an aside, your devotion to Jack is very warming, but Jack's to you is equally wonderful. You two really are the best of mates.
Thank you Brian ye i will miss that black bear one day..
Sooooo refreshing to view a true sportsman who doesn't kill for the sake of killing. Percy the Pigeon lives on! Great marksmanship with a humble attitude. Loving these vids!

Hi Simon
Excellent marksmanship bud, you never let us down.

We do a lot with our bare hands in this industry but watch them squirrels, a close inspection shows fleas on most of them. Often a secondary pest when im trapping in lofts. Great content as always, can't believe I missed this one until now, always appreciate seeing a sub12 in action I'll never be without mine
Ye cheers pal.

Thank you Max ye if i could work out how many retrieves Jack will have done for me over the years it would be un real..
That rat who was popping up and down should have realized,,,, what goes up must come down !!! ,, And stay down,. Cocky little git !!! Nice to see the old boy plying his trade still , , it bought a little tear to my eye at the end. Great video Simon👍🏴
Thank you Phil it did me to when i was editing it.
Watching from Minnesota ,👍👍👏
Thank you Brain.
Hello from Texas. I've recently started airgun hunting because of squirrels eating all the fruit on my landlords trees. So far six squirrels bagged and eaten and also started rabbit hunting with a Umarex fusion2, vortex crossfire2 and jsb .177 hollow point slugs. The 13.43gr slugs pack a wallop.
Brilliant nice one pal.
No better video than a man and his best mate out doing what they love. Outstanding!
Thank you so much John...

Geoff.
Thank you Geoff.
another great one, was great seeing Black Jack doing what he was bred for, "retrieving", ive got an 11 year old lab that will probably be hunting pheasant his last season this year before retirement.
Hes not gonna be too keen on retirement, he hunts his heart out then can barely get around for a few days, hard to watch them get old
Cheers pal ye Jack was the same before i retired him, the next day they are stiff as a board so now he just gets the odd few retrieves like in the vid and that kind of keeps him happy,
Nice day for you and Jack.
Thanks Mike it sure was.
Awesome video Simon spot on shooting and a nice mixed bag. Great to see you and your mate Jack enjoying each other's company he certainly enjoys being able to retrieve for you and he can't wait to bring it to you and get his praise. Cheers brother and stay safe
Thank you again Donald and ye Jack has always loved being out with me, every day when i come home from work his face tells me where he wants to be lol.
Good shooting and Great job you’ve done there.
Thanks pal

Great video. Ask your vet about librela injections. Helped our German shepherd who's 14 and runs around like a dog half her age. Before the injection she moved very similar to jack.

Great shooting! Great lads!
Thank you Dartyl.
I had my own "Jack", except his name was Blue. He was at my side for 15 1/2 years. He'd locate fallen deer for me and he once chased off would-be burglars. Ducks, geese, quail, rabbits, feral pigeons, hares & possums - he loved & retrieved them all. It brought back sweet memories watching your old boy doing his stuff. Enjoy.
Thank you Nelson ye this is my second Jack also spending his life by my side funny old world isn't it..
Once again Simon a great video. And good to see Jack picking up to. ATB mate.

Brilliant mate chuffin brilliant, cracking shooting as always, but i got to say mate, the best part was watching Jack bless him, still doing and wanting to do what he knows best, Bless Cheers mate 😁😁👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you Casper...
Bless Jack, he is such a lovely lad but he is showing his age now. I miss my old Lab, Noah, so much. He was a sandy version of Jack and so like him in many ways. Delightful dogs. It's always nice to see a bit of Jack in the vids. Thanks Simon.
Le mien s’appellerait Handy 3 années ont passées il me manque toujours...je ne peux pas regarder la vidéo en entier sans une larme en voyant Jack
I have a 16yr-old Cairn with arthritis and found a really good treatment for the pain is Gabapentin. You'll have to ask the vet for a prescription but the vet should be OK with it. It's not a cure for arthritis but since taking it my dog is much more comfortable and consequently more active and able to get about without limping. It's not cheap but worth it if it helps.
Thanks Chris will look into it
Jack checks out the camera, after seeing you're getting ready to shoot! Priceless....
Lol ye he is a posser
