Oh my lord the questions on VIP timing: "if you sign up for VIP on midnight on a Tuesday and then you are not VIP on Friday 2 weeks from yesterday do you still get VIP rewards if you sign up the following Saturday?" SMH

DDO does have a sound problem. I've been reporting this for about 2 months now, ever since the new store came out. Frequently audio just drops, narration and such, music on character select screen, etc... Huge variations in voice occur, one day I hear my friend fine, next day it's impossible to hear him, same goes the other way. We both have them maxed out. Thank you for this update and clarification. :)
Me too. The Audio stalled or paused and then started up again in game.
With Myth Drannor, what timeline will you be referencing? i.e. 261 DR…😮

Nice rewards, my only qualm with VIP rewards is you have to log in and talk to NPC to get VIP item. If I pay 12 months subscription and due to work or family responsibilities I dont log in promptly (monthly) I loose out. Sounds more like your forcing players to log in to pad stats. You get my subscription, money for nothing if I'm not playing. So far I play more than once a month but there are times I dont play for more than a few weeks or more. Why not allow a months grace either way. People who play less than that despite subscriptions length will probably be not interested in extra bonus's.
VIP loyalty rewards: Pay us money, collect the thing. Stop paying us money in the future, you lose the thing that we've already received your money for. One might rightfully consider that to be the gain of financial benefit through deception, i.e. fraud.
You mean like the +10% VIP XP, extra character slots, access to races and classes, and adventure packs that you currently get with VIP? Or do you mean like the free coffee you get from the loyalty program at your favourite cafe? I’m confused…
