Restoring 34 year old metal parts

In this quick video i show the process and tools i use to replate all the steel bolts, nuts, screws, bushings and other hardware on the dual CR250 dirtbike builds. The process is the same for every part. Depending on the severity of the restoration required, some items may require sandblasting prior to wire wheel finish. These tools and process's can be used to restore and zinc plate many metals. Actual time to prep and plate an old rusty bolt is around 20 minutes. You can plate many bolts at the same time as long as you do not exceed the amp output of your power supply.
