Very impressed mate. Im a serious beginner when it comes to the CR's. I think you are the online go to! In fact I could do with some of your advice on my .50 oversize measurements when you have a chance?
I just had to order new ones as the ones I got from as3 had an angle on the top where the kick lever is supposed to stop on. It forced the lever into the gap and broke the lever. I have now ordered a new set for a yz250 which fit the CR. These look almost the same as the as3 but they have a square top where the kicker stops.
OEM looks amazing. the 1989 cr was the best looking bike honda has ever made imo. piece of art.
The '89 is up there in the looks department, but nothing will ever come close to touching the looks of the 1985, and then the 1986 models imo !!
For me it’s the 92-96, and 88/89, 90/91, 86/87. In that order 😂

What kind of foot pegs on the non OEM? Did you have any trouble with the springs in the aftermarket pegs?
