I also threw in Link's cool Weapon Demonstration after the results, Make sure to give that a watch👍 Set on Highest 'Extremely Hard' Difficulty for more Fun and Challenge. Many have played this Awesome game either it be on PS2, GameCube or Xbox. One of my favourite in the SoulCalibur Series. Link travels through time and takes the stage to destroy the Evil which threatens the SoulCalibur World or he just wants to 'shoot an arrow to the knee' on his opponents and yell YAAAAH😏
Soulcalibur II (ソウルキャリバーII, Sōrukyaribā Tsū) is a 2002 fighting game developed by Project Soul and published by Namco and the third installment in the Soulcalibur series of weapon-based fighting games. It is the sequel to Soulcalibur, which was released in July 1998. Originally intended to be released on Sega's NAOMI board, the game was released on the Namco System 246 arcade board before being ported to the PlayStation 2, GameCube, and Xbox in 2003.

Hello. I play Soulcalibur 1 now but where can I find SoulCalibur 4 or 2?
This is the character that I loved a a Kid and it introduced me to one of the GREATEST fighting games series of all time

@FightEmUp When I had this game for Xbox, Cassandra's alternate costume was the closest I got to the actual Link until I got a Gamecube and copy of the game for it.
I remember that excellent intro of SC2. the first time I saw it I was blown away with the graphics the music the everything. Thx for the Memories FEU💯

Man seeing Link with these graphics is just absolutely beautiful, the vivid colors, the gorgeous animations, Link looks absolutely phenomenal, just watching it gives me goosebumps!
Funnily enough this Link is still one of his best designs to date.

The sheer amount of parrying at the beginning of the Inferno fight must have been stressful asf to pull off successfully. That’s what a true sword fight looks like to me. I loved every second of this.

I've never played the Nintendo version of soul calibur. I'm guessing they have different characters on different consoles.

@gen965 - Thats right each console at that time got a exclusive character. PS2 got Heihachi Mishima from Tekken, while XBox got Spawn and finally Link on the Gamecube. Cloud from Final fantasy 7 was meant to be on PS2 instead of Heihachi but got cancelled unfortunately

Impressive skills and so many lol Moments. I began this game thw days before and it's fun but it"s hard too. I can't still abusing combos with any of the characters but played Link the most time.
I love that his alternate costume resembles his copies from the Four Swords trilogy.

Imagine if cloud got in the ps2 version, would've been CRAZY man, heihachi couldve been an unlockable on all consoles considering hes owned by namco, and xbox couldve had like master chief or something, i feel like GameCube is the only console that got a guest character that made sense
Link’s arcade story is as simple as entering an average dungeon in actual Zelda games. he showed up, beat everyone there, went “DU-DU-DU-DUUUH!”, and left without a second thought.

Doing the intro, nightmare was in top of the mountain and I was like, "how did he get up there, what, grit and determination", it all look cool, but how did he get up there with that rock formation, once you think about it.
Must have taken Nightmare days to get up there😆

The best link game play i ever seen
This game was truly amazing. So impressive even by todays standards was the load times between fights. Ps2 version was the slowest but still better than many games made even today.
I remember playing this when I was little but my parents sold it, I played Link and it was fun, but yeah, the game was fun when I played as Link.

For those out there wondering why the Master Sword sometimes gets inveloped in fire or lightning, I think it's a reference to A Link to the Past. In that game, Link could equip several elemental medallions that empowered the sword. Its also probably where Link got that charge from.

Looks good, but if your really like this game, I'll prefer to emulate the Dreamcast version. It looks better and runs perfect even in mid devices. But it's a good option is your wanna test the arcade version, though.

A outra coisa o personagem confitado do sc2 no ps2 Originalmente era passe o protagonista do Final Fantasy 7, no final ficou o Careca do tekken que é mesmo engraçado O engraçado é que o tekken eu não faz nenhuma referência a soul calibur ainda mais que é o mesmo universo, e o tekken apenas ignora soulcalibur preferito encaixar a porcaria do Akuma no t7 O que é do Street Fighter resumindo eles tão pouco se importando com, universo coerente Prefeito mais um headcanon Muito viajado
@drerogros3526 • That's correct, Cloud was originally the guest character for SoulCalibur 2 on the Ps2 but instead they replaced him with Heihachi from Tekken. Cloud would have been much better. SoulCalibur games have even had some Tekken Costumes in the create a character mode but Tekken developers dont seem to care about the SoulCalibur Universe unfortunately.
