    Also please advise if second type of business can be opened under the same roof (same store) - for example crepe store. Seems like Ice cream business is seasonal in Calgary Canada - 8 month of winter.

    Hey Wilson, I been working to start a small food business in Calgary for the last year. I have been selling food to a small group of people but I need to move into the next stage which I think is selling at small community markets almost like a popup. My biggest issue is that in order to sell food in Calgary I need to prepare my food in a Alberta Health Service approved kitchen. (If I want to go fully public)
