I landed flat on my back head and feet (evan) this was instant decompression of my low back pain for many years. I just layer there for awhile and looked at the moon 🌙 ✨ one star. I will definitely try..I have an muscle injury to my lower lumbar both sides..more right than left and my spine is compressing..I have to sleep.on memory foam & sometimes still can't get comfortable enough to sleep😮
Thanks to captions, now I know there's a sacred iliac in my lowerer back. (If you can't find it, you aren't looking lower enough.) This is only one thing I've learned by watching videos with the sound off.

No I disagree. Never never have your back adjusted standing up. Too much chance of injury. Always have your back adjusted on an adjustment table. I learned that from a Chiro that I trust and he's a great Chiro. 🌞
Thank you! I love stretching to decompress my back however, this looked a bit risky given the bad state of my back along with my shoulder, that I've been having a really hard time with lately.
@@MiaMore.I find that dead hanging on a pull up bar has given me relief on my back and shoulder. Just take a deep breath out when hanging and feel your spine decompress. Hope you feel better

I need this, I need to straight my back and my shoulder also need a straight posture to even my shoulder to straight
