Unbelievable the amount of corruption that’s been exposed by this arrest, prosecution, and trial. From the lead MSP investigator who clearly was biased, lied, and unprofessional; to the now suspended Canton Police Officer related to the homeowner involved and exposed by the MSP investigator; to the prosecutors who apparently knew in advance of much of the exculpatory evidence presented by the defense and either covered it up or ignored it; to the Court and Judge who couldn’t or chose to deliver an improper jury form, to the clear bias of the Judge throughout the trial. Kudos to Read’s attorneys for exposing this unbelievable corruption…❗️

Why did Karen call her daddy, about a half hour after she got back to John's house?!? I'm near to her age, a bit older, and I would never wake my parents up, just to chat about a so-called fight with my boyfriend!! Lol smh. C'mon ppl. I'd call my dad in the middle of the night if something happened and I needed help or advice!!!! She called him first around 1:30 am, then later about 3:15 am. So her saying she waited for John, and fell asleep til 4:30 am was a Lie!! Actually, it may have been 3x calls to her dad. I know 2x for sure!!! And why did she ask Kerry if John was Dead, or hit by plow at 5am on phone? Her niece said she said same thing, and they were not on same convo. Kaylee (John's niece) was talking to Jen at same time. And if Karen already drove around at 5am, why didn't she go right to the Albert's door and bang on it??! Because she wanted to come back with Kerry and Jen, as witnesses!! Plus, how did Karen see John so damn fast in the dark, and the 2 in front looked same way, and could not see anything and they were closer to front lights?! To me, that means she probably knew area where he was.

@@user-ii2uh1xq7b the judge was under a legal obligation to poll the jury as to it’s understanding and disposition on the individual charges. She failed to carry out this duty. While I’d love to speculate as to the why, it frankly doesn’t matter. In failing to carry out a simple, routine, normal and legislatively required part of her job she has denied the defendant in this case her full legal protections under MA law. In this case the Judge didn’t poll the jury to ensure the charges were understood, or to determine if any verdicts were unanimous. She also acted too quickly to allow the defense ask for such a poll.

As a juror on one criminal trial I watched the judge do just like Bev in trying to keep evidence out and shut down the defense, when she pulled that stuff the first time my radar came up that something was very wrong he was a poor guy with just an attorney not a criminal attorney but she tried every witch way to get the evidence in that he was not guilty, in spite of the judge and the Barracuda prosecution in the end we also hung 10 to 2 For not guilty. The fact is you are on some of these juries and some of the members just are not capable of critical thinking or connecting dot one to. 2, they vote for their personal prejudices and bigotries

Who doesn't strongly suspect the judge purposely misled the jury? Specifically, that their verdict had to be on all charges or none. Either that or she only partially shared what they did submit in terms of the note or jury slip if there was one
That's why she dismissed them so abruptly, so that neither they nor anyone else could question anything.
What was it she said? After reading the note saying further deliberations would be futile and cause them to go against their deeply held moral convictions. "I'm not going to do that to you. Your service is complete. I'm declaring a mistrial." ALL IN ONE BREATH.
She didn't ask if either side would like the jury to be polled. Nor did she pause, even for a split second, ensuring that no objection could be raised.
Instead of thanking them for their service, yadda yadda - She quickly got them out of the room saying, "I'll be in to speak with you privately in a few moments." or words to that effect.

I never thought her behavior rose to blatant bias. She acted within her discretion. But this is gross incompetence and the first question I asked - what was the split? They hung on all charges??
HOW could the judge not ask this?? If the jurors did vote that way the charges should be dismissed with prejudice AND expunged.

Naw, it's Brian Higgins, Colin Albert and Brian Albert that are responsible. I think it was a physical altercation. JO fell backward hitting his head on the gym equip in the Alberts basement. That's when the dog attacked JO.
Where was the dog when Jenn McCabe came bursting into Brian and Nicole's bedroom where Chloe sleeps?..why wasn't Chloe barking with all the noise going on outside?..why didn't Jenn know where Chloe was when she bust in?..any dog wouldve reacted to all of it going on.
I think their daughter took Chloe with her when she left since she was the last one to leave..Chloe was re-homed 2 months later to another state..

BUT there was obviously a big class difference between them and those “ friends” that they were drinking with that night. The “mock” boxing in that bar was too much!!! I have never seen grown men doing that. Children are really hitting each other if they are doing something like that.

Judge Bev said to not fill out any of the counts, until they come back unanimous on all counts? Why did she instruct that? instead, if they found her unanimous, on any count, fill it out and move onto the next! That seems more appropriate! It was the verdict form instructions & too much legalese that confused them! It was all judge Bev’s fault! Just make it simple!

It couldn’t and shouldn’t be up to the jury!!! The jurors doesn’t know law and don’t know what or how to do. The defense or the prosecutor didn’t have the right to pull the jury. They further are prohibited from contacting any of the jurors. The court, meaning the judge has the full responsibility here. The judge are responsible for instructing the jury so that there are no misunderstandings. The judge has the responsibility to check that every has understood. The judge has the responsibility to double check that the jury has filled out the slips as they should, if they have verdicts on one or several counts. If you are going to rely on the jury system. These are basic things that must be part of every court process. This is exactly serious!!
This case has been a catastrophe ever since day one, and the catastrophes keep appearing.
So thankful to be living in a country where we don’t have the jury system because this case shows exactly how bad this system is.

Bev is committing judicial misconduct to cover for dirty cops? To have any judge do this with the world 🌎 watching is astounding! She’s got too many conflicts of interest w/ the DA & officers. She should have recused but instead refused-why? If they all voted NOT Guilty for counts 1 & 3, then she can’t be tried again for those crimes under Dbl.Jeopardy. I’m sure the FBI already knows a lot more than we do-sadly, this case is far from over.
