The germs will kill in fire. If you think the leaves it wasn't washed well. But If it's fresh salad I wouldn't eat. If it wasn't washed so well. Our veggies salad I wash them with water soak in salt or venigar to kill the bacteria. Soak them for few minute the fresh vegetables then I will cut them ito tiny pieces to prepare my fresh vegetables salade.

In Maharashtra, particularly in konkan region this is known as POPATY which is in veg non veg may be chicken or mutton. Hygien can b maintained by taking proper care.
First they should wash the vegetables and second they can use Steel/Copper plate to cover the top while placing upside down during cooking instead of newspaper. Newspaper leaves the Ashes into the cooked vegetables. It's not hygiene.
That's what I was noticing. Everyone is just saying tasty food all that but I found it's totally unhygienic. That person didn't wash any single food item and their hand were dirty When a person was showing masala.
