Hi! Your video helped a lot but i'm having a hard time landing on my hands first, most of the time i land on my feet or all fours. Do you have any tips? If not thats fine, I will still practice every day!

Same fr I would LOVE to make gear even maybe sell it if I get good enough but I’ve always wanted to make Dino masks but they are to hard to make for me so I think masks would be super fun and cheap!!! Also since quadarobics are a fun way to work out and also since I wanna start going outside more I think it would be great for me!! ^^ (p.s Ik therians and furrys are not the same! 🤓👆)

I hope she doesn't mind me putting some more tips! Follow the ones in the video for a visual, but here's the text! Do quadrobics with me! First we stretch! (So we aren't stiff) Next we start off with mini handstands so we get used to weight on our arms! Then we start with a tiny jump, just to get started. To do that follow these instructions: Practice standing up quickly and bring your hands to your chin or chest, whichever is more comfy! Second off do that, and add a small jump with it. Third you try landing on both your legs and arms. Fourth, bring your legs a bit higher so we can land on our arms first. BEND YOUR ARMS WHEN YOU LAND!! AND CURL YOUR FINGERS SO YOU DON'T BREAK THEM!! Fifth is putting it all in action! Now we go for long jumps. Use the guide directed above, but push more forward rather than up to acheive. And high jumps! They're considered the hardest of the bunch, when in reality our brains think it's just to high for us to land on our arms. (It isn't) Follow the steps of the small jump, but add more force to the jump and a mini handstand at the beginning so you can actually get more force into the jump. Walking is honestly the easiest, it's the first form of movement. To walk, follow these instructions: The right hand and right foot move together, forward and put down, then repeat for the opposite side. It'll be stiff at first, but practice and stretching will improve. Trotting is considered the hardest of our four legged movements. Follow these instructions: Lift your right hand and left foot, then switch to the opposite side. After that practice it again by switching in the air. When you get the hang of that, push forward before each switch, to of course move. As walking, it'll be stiff at first, but also like walking, it'll get better with practice and stretches. Cantering seems hard when you THINK about it, but you just have to let your body go. Now, it's hard to think about because you're technically only putting one paw to the ground at a time. Follow these directions of what to put down. But DON'T THINK about it. Just let your body carry you. Right hand Left foot Left hand Right foot Repeat Sprinting is never used in videos, but it's still good to learn! ive been doing quads for about 3 or 4 months now, and im pretty good at it but i struggle with my form so this helps a lot! im bad about tucking my arms in as well as not looking down so i'll be sure to practice that! thanks :)
The froggy jumps are a really good exercise for beginners! It also helps you understand that you tuck your knees in, instead of moving your body to touch your knees (if that makes sense) because then you fall too quickly and can't tuck your legs back in when you buck. I’m so mad with myself, I know it’s over a stupid thing and therians don’t have to do quads but I really want to to help express my theriotypes, but I just can’t do them good enough and it’s so frustrating seeing people do them so effortlessly

AAAA! Thank you for the tutorial, ive been doing quadrobics since late September (2023) which is when I first awakened as a therian. I keep looking at tutorials and have been trying the tips and I still cant seem to get it. I appreciate that you put a non slowed version of your jump so I could see how it looks normally. It makes it easier to see when I should do something. For me I can bend my arms or curl my fingers but when I try to do a high jump and I cant seem to get my legs to bend in the air unless im jumping over something. For some reason it just doesn't happen. I notice sometimes people also can keep their legs straight while slightly bending down when doing a high jump and then quickly tuck their legs in and I cant seem to do that either. I know it takes time and practice, but I do wish I could manage to do it a lil faster. Anyways, thank you for the tutorial!❤ have a good day or night👍👍

Another tip I'd add would be to try to keep your feet together while jumping. I suck at quads, but this is a tip I learned that has really helped me!
