I come to know that all millets should be soaked atleast 6 to 8 hours before we try the dish.. your recipe is superb 👌

Why you have not presoaked Barnyard millets before making Upma?
But we need to soke it for 6 to 8 hour's than cook
First you shok it in water for 8 hrs then use it
Bhai mere tum jitna Ghee da rahe ho usse Millet ke saare gunn neutralise ho gaye.
Ghee do bar use kiya calorie jyada hogaya.
