Here’s every piece of Little Devil Inside gameplay footage that was released within the past 5 years. I’ve decided to compile all of the Little Devil Inside footage because not much of the game is being shown off at the moment and I figured most of you may have not seen all of the footage that was released for the game. Please keep in mind, most of the footage is old and the game is looking a lot better in its current state based on the newest released gameplay trailer from 2020.
Little Devil Inside is a truly engaging 3D action adventure RPG game where you are thrown into a surreal but somewhat familiar setting with humans, creatures and monsters to interact with, learn and hunt - journey, survive and discover the world that exists beyond.
This game is not just about killing arch-demons and saving the world. Take in the atmosphere and live a realistic life in an unrealistic world. This is a game that tells stories about people with 'unusual' jobs such as hunting monsters and what happens in their everyday life doing so.
Little Devil Inside is fundamentally an exploration focused survival action RPG game. Although it sounds elaborate, it all makes perfect sense to us.
Compared to some other games of this genre in the past, the game focuses more on ordinary everyday life. As in real life, where a hard week's work is rewarded by a relaxing or refreshing weekend, we wanted to create a world and provide elements within it where you can return back to town (or your home) after an adventurous mission to regather and reequip - a definite environmental contrast. Unlike some other survival games, there will be a home town or city to return to and rest and prepare for your next mission. The town itself will have its own set of events and elements to interact with.
The game will not be about entering dungeons, killing at a monster as quickly as you can and returning to town to obtain rewards.
The pace of the game will be like a long journey.
You will need to prepare for any unexpected encounters with the weather, have the necessary intel about the region, equip your gear as you see fit, get on a vehicle and react to unexpected events that arise during your journey. Depending on how you prepare for the mission and how you react and respond to events will determine how easily or hard you can achieve the missions.
There will be public transportation as well as vehicles you can control, maintain and upgrade yourself.
Using transportation doesn't necessarily mean taking a short cut to your missions. However, it'll be faster than legging it! Even on public transportation (such as a train) you will be within a scene (such as sitting and looking out the window) during the time to your destination and unexpected events may arise.
Events may be good or bad - you may run into another character that side spins off to a mini mission or offer help with your current mission, the train may come under attack and you may have to get out and fight etc.

If they have to drop the price of this game after release I'll be disappointed and not cuz I'll be paying full price but because they would lose out on alot of customers for poor marketing it'll be an amazing switch title and a really good console title but if everything looks and runs good my only other hope would be that the story is long and good

@@Drstrange3000 GoT and tlou2 both did a really good job with minimalist huds last year, but at the same time the majority of games had over designed huds

I have just tried VR and one of the coolest things is in some games the hud is on your wrist and you can turn it to see health and stuff. There is a lot of quick menus if you need to see more complex things.
Keep in mind that most of this footage was from years ago as dev progress from their kickstarter. At release the game will be even more amazing!

i'm sorry to report that they don't show recent footage all that much because they are probably facing huge problems trying to bring all these concepts alive without allowing the game to suffer from major technical issues and so on. that happens to a lot of AAA games that come from companies with lots of money and resources at their disposal so yea, don't be too optimistic about this one. i've seen gameplay videos from this game and the actual game doesn't look nearly as good as the cinematic videos.
@@DihStyle69 yep, I learned my lesson after that cyberpunk 2077 gameplay trailer and the result so yeah. Still, I put some hope in this game. The artistic feel and concept overall seem pretty beautiful and creative.

Why do gamers do this? Always looking for the faintest resemblance to a game to say it's like this game! Oh and you can hunt monsters? It's also like monster hunter!
The little black monsters with flimsy arms gave me "Heart of darkness" flashbacks, love the concept of this game.
I'm intrigued. Looks like an adventure worth experiencing
This looks and sounds absolutely stunning. It has some LittleBigPlanet-esque vibe with a touch of magical realism that makes me SO happy. I hope the developement takes as long as it needs to get all your beautiful and charismatic ideas to their fullest potential. Keep it going!

There's a HUGE drop in quality from trailer to gameplay. 2 minutes in feels like it get swapped by a poor doppelganger.
1. Animation
2. Camerawork
3. LoD
Animation in the trailer is beautiful, fluid and smooth. Faces of both foes and protagonist are full of zest and expressivity, they are also well telegraphed and read thanks to good camerawork.
Weapons have that viscerality and *contextuality*. You don't draw a sword or swing a rope the same way when crouched vs when standing.
The trailer got everything right.
The whole point of making a "low poly" game is to ensure everything that's in it is working next to flawlessly.
Snap back to gameplay: iterative survival mechanics and environment agnostic animation with a boring wide angle camera.
I realize that's a simple solution to present the action, but that takes away life from the presentation and makes the game less engaging and prone to boredom and "task based".
I was pumped from the trailer... Now I'm not going to touch this until I see the final result.
Spot on dude, couldn't quite pinpoint what was wrong, now I see it, seems like the team decided to pair back on the visuals and overall complexity quite significantly, what a shame.

The character moves at a reasonable speed and I also don’t see a superman like dash or over-the-top magic.

YES lack of magic is actually a selling point for me. It feels very grounded, like tabletop Torchbearer.
OH. MY. GOD. I remember stumbling upon this game a year ago or so, being mesmerized by it's charm and lovely visuals, thinking how I would love to play it and then... I forgot the name of it. Ever since I was depressed, desperately trying remember thr title and I was driving me mad. And today RUclips just randomly recommended this video and instantly recognized it. Was close to tears tbh. Thought we would never meet again, Little Devil. Man, thank you so much for their video. Made my day. And my life as well.

The presentation of this game is gorgeous, the art style, animation, and the UI! It's so clean. :o
The gameplay looks really intriguing and unique too, like being chased around by a group of... something... that are riding around on horse/donkey-back throwing bombs at you, it has a great sense of chaos and looks really entertaining. The animations are great for everything, and it all looks quite great when fighting little dudes, but I'm curious how it'll play when fighting the bigger guys.
But I mean, none of that even matters anyway, with that pig in the game it's a safe bet LOL. But if you make me eat him I don't think I'll ever recover, he's too precious.
I get the feeling this is going to become one of my all-time favorite games

The presentation of this game is otherworldly...the animations,the details,the humor,the care you can clearly see devs know what they're doing and the organization has me in love.Ma gamer instinct never fails me,when I saw this on the PS5 reveal show I knew it would be one of those spectacular lil games...gotta say though this blows ma expectation outta water.

This is definitely the kind of games I want to see more of along with Biomutant, Zelda BotW, and Little Nightmares. They ooze atmosphere and have such a great art style. I'm really tired of hyperrealistic graphics. Especially when animation, A.I. and physics haven't caught up yet.

Developers should take note of the lack of complicated textures and how the animation shines instead of graphical appeal. I love bloodborne only game I cared enough to platinum, but there is a point when too much texture begins to overwhelm the gameplay if that makes sense. This game looks amazing with clean animation great dynamic shading and light sources. I can’t wait for this little gem to be in my console.

I really want this game to be good. I'm excited about the Kickstarter campaign many years ago ... but since it was so quiet for so long and we still don't know exactly when it will be released recently. So I just can't imagine that it will soon and especially be technically good and fun. What a shame. According to the internet, it should appear in July 2021 ... hm with a look at the calendar, it is very, very unlikely.

What gives me hope with this one is that it has some breath of the wild vibes in terms of how it uses survival and rpg elements, exploring a huge world seemingly at your own whim. The best part too is it doesn't do that thing most botw inspired games do, literally just copy it, like genshin impact copying its aesthetics and core mechanics, and same goes for that new phoenix rising game. This game at least appears to have a unique approach to this kind of game.

I don't know how this game could not be disappointment when I play it... it looks so darn good. I've never seen anything like it. I almost wouldn't be sad if it was never released and just got to live as this fantasy of a fantastic game. Anyway. Of course looking forward to playing it :)

Let's all hype ourselves up about it till we loose sight of what it actually is, and then, when it comes out and can't possibly live up to the childish level of excitement we have built up around it, then let's go after the developer in a vicious smear campaign that threatens the business they have spent their best years building. The best part is we don't even really have to put in any real effort to do this - certainly far less effort than these people took to make this cool looking game. I only saw that happen on a large scale with Cyberpunk 2077 (deserved) and the ideologically woke, agenda-driven The Last of Us 2 (also deserved). Everyone (other than a few Twitter babies) seem to like even the most minimal (Among Us etc) games.

Me: ready to buy this game, convince every living soul to buy this game, buy all the content and dlc for this game, and invest stock in the company....if it's as good as what I just watched ill be playing this game for a looooooong time. I'm talking multiple playthroughs and dlc...this will be a switch classic no doubt. Probably won't be a giant hit on the console because of all the new games that'll be coming out for the new gens but idc I bought a switch for the nostalgia but im going to have a new favorite...I have high hopes and expectations for this game...if it meets those hopes and expectations I'll be buying sequels to come
I really hope they allow you to change the camera to the cinimatic distance no matter where you are in the game. I think that would absolutely be a gamechanger in experience

Second of all, his comment was a joke.
Third of all, it does not look like Little Nightmares or Limbo because of the thematic differences. Little Nightmares and Limbo both have broken worlds where you play as a child, attempting to escape, unearth the secrets, etc. If anything this is indie breath of the wild because of its’ design.

I just remembered this comes out this year. I like the animation of the hunter and I can't wait to play and see what interesting encounters it has to offer. I also hope Tomato streams a playthrough. It seems like a game for him.
