Can’t wait to run to the store after work and try this out. I’ve been craving raw carrot like nobody’s business and I love dipping my food in some sort of dressing. Would it be good with freshly chopped herbs as opposed to the dried one you used in this video? Thank you for sharing!

If you just found this video like l did, just a couple of tips l recommend after l made this:
1. Make ahead of time to let the spices incorporate
2. I used nonfat yogurt and it was just fine
3. Add some liquid of your choice as it was too thick for me. I’m a dairy gal so l used organic milk to my desired consistency
It’s not exactly like ranch to my taste buds but it’s close enough and it really is delicious!

You could, but it will be a lot runnier, not thick and creamy as when made with plain Greek style yogurt.

What can I substitute onion powder for?
You can substitute 1/2 cup of chopped fresh onion for every teaspoon of onion powder in a recipe. You can also use garlic powder, but slightly less than a recipe calls for because of it's stronger flavor. Hope that helps!

I followed the link and there is no recipe. There are preparation instructions and a nutrition information list -but no recipe.
