It's pretty cool, that a whole, lot of the Harry Potter actors, are in this movie. Mr. Rickman, & all of the, other Harry Potter actors, are brilliant, in this 1995 movie. Mr. Rickman, was one, of the greatest, British actors, I've ever seen. I have a huge crush, on both Kiefer Sutherland, & Mr. Rickman. I wish Kiefer, had-done this movie, with Alan.
No, I thought she was perfectly serviceable given the context. It's hard to sing properly while sitting, so she's at a physical disadvantage. Her breath could use some work (it would be aided by standing), which would help with the occasional intonation issues. But she has a light, feminine voice and managed the song quite well given her limited training.
I had forgotten Robert Hardy was in this, whom I love, and Alan Rickman really is of the sober quality of Colin Firth. Hugh Grant is an embarrassing, bumbling joke-that's the only type he could play. Emma Thompson WAS a serious actress, but now she's growing desperate and grasping at straws in her advanced age.
