In Old English, there was blurriness between K and H in part due to the influence of Norse--technically, "shirt" and "skirt" are the same word, etymologically, for example. Ergo, you can pronounce "Scadutree" as you like, as they would be interpreted as variant spellings on a dialectical difference.
