It's hard to portray in a video, but when you bite into a load with the wheel loader, it just "feels" right. I've not operated anything this big IRL though
Dang i remember watching your whole series last year. Subscribed since you were one of the only people who would play through without crazy editing. Love the bare bones
Oh no not the small equipment hahaha, I always go big, I would have got the bigger one, you can pay back the loan pretty quick. Great episode though, good work :)
It's still a little rough around the edges, but is a lot of fun. There was just a big update so I need to find time to check it out. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the vid, have you tried space engineers,it's simaler,if not it's addictive also .I watched your crew videos also and bought it and get into it tonight , retirement games lol
Hi I just started playing in the beta can you tell me what mode I would have to be in to place the panels the way you do in this video or is there a newer version of this video that I should watch thanks for any help

Well crap! I've been looking at this for a while, haven't pulled the trigger...then you say 'dual joystick setup' and I HAVE THAT! Now I want to try it and see what I can do with it. Did you have to fiddle with the controls for a while, or are they pretty intuitive?
I've been playing with mouse and keyboard because I have hundreds of hours on Farm Sim using tractor front loaders and the muscle memory is there. I just inverted one axis and the rest is default so just like FS. I briefly used an Xbox controller and that also worked with one quick assignment to tell the game to use thar USB device. It's pretty straightforward
If you like moving material it can be a lot of fun. There have been a lot of updates since this was recorded and there's another big one on the way. Thanks for watching!
This game looks fun. Yet another one my budget rig won't run (I know I sound like a broken record lol) but I'll enjoy watching you play it. It does make me think of an older game called Gold Rush that I've seen a couple of other RUclipsrs play.
The game has changed a lot since this was recorded. Some of the functions have moved to other screens. I've not played in a while, so I don't know about world or rescue.
Hey there, thanks for the informative content! This game looks to be coming along nicely! How are the controls? I know some games have "wonky" controls early on but how are these? Is it just keyboard and joystick/game pad or does it support steering wheels?
The controls are fine and it's easy to setup whatever you like. My only complaint is the UI is a little convoluted. It supports joystick, gamepad, and wheels. Of those I've only used a gamepad. It worked fine but I'm terrible with a controller so went back to mouse and keyboard.
@@KerboOnYT Well, I went ahead and took the plunge. I must say, the controls are sort of painful at first but once you get the hang of remapping them it goes better. Just have to work through the process and figure out what buttons I want for what. I WILL say that I was fairly pleased with how the G29 worked (even with the Heavy Equipment Side Panel for boom operations and whatnot) Now, if I only knew what I was doing in the game! LOL Time to dig in the dirt a little. 🤪
Oml, ive looked everywhere trying to find a way to customize my vehicles with multiples of different things, ive been changin the quantity instead of just doin add a bunch of times
@@KerboOnYT I bought it and took about two hours trying to get the my g29 wheel working and in the end i just went back to keyboard and mouse. They controls setup is a mess.. the biggest thing that killed it for me was you have to use one button/axis for forward and one for reverse so you cant just use your gas pedal.. i had to use the gas pedal for forward and the clutch pedal for reverse.. Not sure why they couldnt just give us a gear selector between fwd and rev and leave the throttle axis to just one... but im back to mouse and keyboard and trying to earn some dough. First spot i chose only had coal and dirt and was absolutely not worth the effort for the money... i ended up going to the spot you went to, now im earning some money.
I do this for a living and have to say that I am impressed with how accurate this game portrays the mining industry.

I'm using the biggest loader on my live stream save so wanted to try something different for the series. Thanks for watching!
Ok… so it starts out with a character running across a field looking like an escaped convict. This might be worth watching lol.
Oh yeah, this game looks fun 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Looks cool, lile the working part so far B)
Nice gameplay I might buy this one, been playing farm simulator lately and this looks good

@wingtipsworld5909 The current update featured a complete re-work of the control system so hopefully it will continue to improve

Isn't their a coal mine game out there as well?
