I recommend buying any Ridgid tool off of the Home Depot website so they qualify for the LSA (lifetime service agreement). All other places pretty much won't qualify for the lifetime service agreement, but just the conventional warranty of 3 years

How long does it take to fully charge a new battery?

I haven’t used that small charger that’s included for any of my Ridgid batteries because it takes longer to charge, but I would imagine it taking about 40 minutes for a 2aH battery and a lot longer for a 3,4, or larger.
The larger chargers I showed in the video are faster, but if you don’t have any other 18v Ridgid tools, than I would just use the included one, which I actually have 4 of them because I’ve bought a few Ridgid tools that included them. 😊
