OMG thank you for sharing an inside look into your meetings. As probably one of your older viewers (I'm 27) this really appeals to me. It's nice to see this part of your life - please keep sharing more about your business. I had no idea you had so much input in these things! You're so much more than fashion/beauty - and I think this does a great job at showing it.
I love that you are adding the "behind the scenes" of your products. For those of us who are starting a business, or own one already, its great to see how a successful business is run. :)

I LOVE how you consider everyone's opinions that was great to see, what an amazing team... you can tell everyone wants to be there doing all of this..... also having the products in a mini form is a very cute idea but there are some people (like me) that like bigger bottles/tubs, simply cos they're better value for money and you don't have to keep running out to replenish your stock, just a personal opinion :))
seeing the meeting was so interesting, i love the behind the scenes, makes everything so much more authentic. 👍🏻 also the process of creating new products is very interesting to watch. 😊

It´s so interesting to see how your meetings go. When you talked about the bubble bath, I thought that I personally would like to have a bath product that is moisturizing and good for the skin instead of bubbles. But I guess that´s different in different target groups. I feel like your products are basically for everyone but still for a younger target group, because older people would use products that are more beneficial for the skin. Great would be a luxury range for „older“ people which could also be a little bit more expensive. I‘m excited to see more of the journey!

you should make different scents of hand sanitizers and also make them the same size as the mini ones you can get from bath & body works. (id really like for them to fit in my holder that i have from there - maybe also make your own versions of those too)
Not sure if you will read Zoe but when you were discussing fruity scents as being popular I completely agree. I think a more citrus scent for spring/summer would be amazing! As I'd be laying in the bath surrounded by citrus imaging I'm at the beach with a cocktail (or mocktail in my case as I don't drink). Thankyou for letting us into your meeting 😚

Being a fly on the wall with these meetings made me realize how much of a brand & business woman you really are. 2019? Soo crazy... i never understood how much planning & brain storming goes into my zoella products or merchandise, it's not an 6 month thing, it's a year long process 🤦🏽... very eye opening. I enjoyed!
