Quest 3 for $500 does alot than any traditional gaming console in the same price and VR is far better than flatscreen in everywhere except the software library is weak but there are still many great games like shooters, sports, and other genre. If you were to compared exclusivity, it is almost the same as PS5 which also will end up releasing their playstation game on pc😊
I just the 3s at target today for $299 and it comes with a $75 gift card, hopefully it’s a upgrade from oculus2 I’m wondering if my boys can play at the same time since all our purchased games are on one account. Or should I make a new account for the new one?
@@goldentalon557 laptops have tech for that, if the laptop gets too hot it will just under-clock itself. Im not sure how it is now with AMD vs Nvidia and VR but a while ago I heard VR works best on Nvidia Gpus but thats probably been addressed by now. either way the 6800xt is a beast.
No, just used it and its not good (very on the verge of hot garbage), will fry exchange for quest 3 and let you know. Feels like a piece of tech from 2015
3s share the same limited ipd adjustment like the Quest 2 which is shitt that I highly recommend Quest 3 or nothing. I really like Quest 2 I bought years ago and it remained the most fun gaming I had ever had for 30 years of gaming
@@PugsLongs both I’ve check som reviews of some 3rd party head strap. How good is the graphic of quest 3? Currently I’m just using a pc for CS2 and only play that game for years . Does meta quest has almost the same style of CS2?
Hello. Which is best the Steam deck oled or the asus rog ally x? I am returning to gaming. I used to play on the playstation 3. however I am looking for a handheld gaming pc to buy. I want to play games like COD GTA assasins creed hogwarts legacy nba etc. Which would you advise? I also do not know much about pc and settings and I am looking to avoid tinkering as much as I can. I am not too concerned with the price and minimal differences in battery lifes as I wont be playing much.
The Playstation VR 2 actually uses Fresnel lenses not pancake lenses. I really feel like pancake lenses are overhyped, Once you are in a game I cant tell the difference. I can only really tell the difference with menus and reading text outside of games.
In pancake lenses you can see clearly on almost all surface of the lens if you in suit spot. Because of that you can look at object and clearly see it just moving your eyes instead of turning your head to set this object into center of the view.
I think that the quest 3s is made for more casual gamers. But getting the quest 3 512gb is just a better bang for your buck as the pancake lenses make a HUGE difference and the pass through is better. But still both head seats are incredible pieces of technology!
I purchased the Quest 3S and the Sonicgrace S3 Duo battery strap. I haven't tried the 3, but I'm very satisfied with the performance of the 3S~

PSVR 2 does not have pancake, on the contrary has fresnel lenses.
Something I noticed: you said the psvr2 uses pancake lenses but that's incorrect, it uses fresnel lenses.
Its uses pancake lens not fresnel

if you have just enough for the 3, buy a 3s and a bobovr headstrap. if you have the money, buy the 3 and a headstrap.
The ads are too long bro just get to the point 👉 of the video 😂
How many times did you say “META QUEST”… sheeeshhh!
Hi, I have a laptop with 6800xt 12gb graphics. Do you think I will be able to play PCVR at decent settings?
Ya if you can keep your temps low as laptop gpus overheat alot so just don't push it to its max your ur laptop will overheat

I’d say I’d go for the 3 128gb refurbished for $370, it’s only $70 more.
128 probably won't be enough
Ravens fan? Liked and subscribed 👍
So if one has never used a VR system then go with the 3s, got it.
Noo just pay an extra hundred them pancake lenses worth it.

Is the Meta quest 3 worth getting over the 3s? 100$ price difference from then3s 256gig vs the 3 512 seems alright to me
Don’t get the 256GB version of the 3S
Also keep in mind do you prefer graphics or comfort? You will need a better strap for it eventually

If you have the extra, just get the regular 3. The 3S feels more like a toy.
