2003 Meriva A Z18XE engine with dbilas dynamic Turbo conversion
2.5 inch exhaust with sports cat and 3 inch muffler
Dbilas intake with BMC filter
Stock F17 transmission and unopened Stock engine

Hi! Looks good! I have few questions, because is in my mind to use a dbilas turbo kit for my tigra twintop 1.4.
1-did you installed the big or small turbo kit?
2-did you installed the flowtech mainfold?
-3 do you have a detonation or over heating problem?
-4 are you using a high optane gasoline?
5- about the ecu did you send it to dbilas labs to reprogram it? And do you know wich change they makes?
6- wich is the max pressure of turbo you using?
7- is the rest of the engine stock?

@@lorenzofiumalbi9219 It was the small turbo Kit (Kit "Light"). The only difference to the Big Kit is the flowtec manifold. I Got the Light mit without the flowtec manifold. But it was installed directly at dbilas and mapped on the dyno there. Thats why it has 220hp and not 195hp like it woulf have when you send in the ecu. Basically when you can only send the ecu to the youll get a bit of a safer map and not the "maximum". You need to run at least 98 octane. I changed my spark plug to gapped (0,6mm) ngk prf6b. Because stock plugs it cut misfired at top end.
