I'm so happy that u made a tutorial for this I'm only in grade 7 and I'm a girl. I was making the first pannle and ran out of yarn😭so I skipped the video and I am now makeing the pockets. My dad said that there was no yarn left in stock so I have to go tmr so I can't even fish my first pannle today oh well. I am loving ur cardigan it's wonderfull I'm obsessed with the colours! My yarn arrived today! Going to make one of these for my mum in blue. And will make the calico one for myself. I also finished my hooded scarf today! Was waiting for the faux fur yarn to arrive. I'm so in love with it 😁✨
Update : Started Thursday, finished the first panel on Sunday. Starting the second one today. I did not order enough yarn so my one is going to be slightly smaller, but should still be a good size. I have 18 rows. If it's not big enough I'll just make a rectangular panel for the back, and I might add a trim too.
I like the pattern cos once you get into it you do it without thinking :)

Quick question, if my wrist are super small do I keep on doing a dec sc until I get my desired circumference?
@@KimbapGuruso if that’s the case what I like to do to make it smaller - play with it a little and after you do the second row where you do all SC Decreases, try ( 5sc , sc Decease) if it ends up to small add more then 5 Sc’s or if it’s to big decreases the number of the Sc’s between 🫶🏼

@@lighthouse2206 to make it smaller just do less rows on the two cardigan panels 🫶🏼🥰 while making your first panel , fold it and hold it up to your body until it’s about the size you would want it to be🫶🏼

Is this inspired by a hexagon cardigan? Halfway through my hexagon cardigan and don’t want to restart, I’m probably going to add the star pockets on my hexagon cardigan.

What size hook would be recommended to do this pattern with DK (3) weight yarn instead of Worsted (4)?
Im newish to crochet and I have a ton of leftover DK weight yarn from another project in my favorite colors so I'd love to be able to do this!!
Honestly I’d still use the 9mm for this pattern🫶🏼 the Caron Blossom cakes say it’s weight 4 but it more of a 3!
