28 seconds- enjoying the series. I have done low buy challenges in a specific area that I felt I was spending more than I wanted. I set boundaries for when I could buy something and how much. More of a “diet” mentality than “starvation”. 😂
The point, to me, is not to WANT to buy things. I am very blessed, i want nothing. I did spend £3 in a charity shop a few days ago, because 3 of my tea shirts got to the stage of being rags and i needed replacements. But this is so rare for me. I cant be bothered with shopping - i find it boring, on the other hand i can spend hours lost in a book....
this is so true. you get all hyped up cause your prepared and have everything you need to succeed and then you break it and have to buy another because its a necessity. or was it. fml. your water segments make me need to pee.
You're right when you said there is a difference with the NO buy and LOW buy. I tried No buy and felt very very bad when I spent money and it's not the point. Thanks again for the tips!! 💸💵💶💰🪙😁

I completely agree with the "no buy" mentality. It makes me go a bit crazy and suddenly break down and buy things!!
Thank You ☺️
