    ........... i also wonder as well....... guessing to up-grade my 1500 grill from the 04 to the 06 it has to be for or from another 1500 rig ( can it be just the grill or do i have to do the hood as well ( swapping both part's out to match right grill & hood )......????

      @shaneb7378 5 лет назад +1

      This isn't my video but the grilles are the same side to side. The very top where it lines up with the hood is different. It also wouldn't matter if the grille came off of a 1500, 2500, or 3500. It would fit. But I definitely would recommend getting the 06 hood as well if you get the 06 grille because it does not like up well at all. An 06 grille with an 04 hood would leave you with a pretty decent sized gap. You can Google photos.

    • @DarrenWS6

      No you d0nt have to have the hood. But with the 03/05 style hood there will be a gap lip left where the 03/05 grill protrudes in the hood.

      @Hayden Royer the front ends on all the 1999/2006 trucks are interchangeable. You can definitely bolt on the 2006/2007 classic hood and grill onto a 2003/2005 1500 truck.
