Thanks so much. We used to live in Oceanside and El Cajon. Love it down there. This video was so refreshing. Working on getting my salary up as well as credit. I figure if I can pay almost 1900 a month in rent here in Long Beach there has got to be a way I can afford a mortgage I guess LOL.
That’s exactly right! Come on home. You may be more ready than you know in terms of income/credit already. Incredible things happen when we make that goal and put effort towards it. San Diego 2024!
@@successinsandiego thanks for responding. I am currently making 109,000 and my wife drives part time for lyft. I am trying to get to $150,000 over the next 6 months. My wifes credit is pretty good but mine is kind of bad right now. I would like to stay in contact with you though. Maybe a condo down there or something.
@@TheBeach5563 you guys have got this! Stay in touch and let me know if I can be helpful with connecting you with credit repair or lending information from good providers.
@@successinsandiego Funny that I ended up back here. We are Black and moved here from upstate NY to Solana Beach in 1975. Not fun as a 6th grader. We were the 5 Black folks there on Wiki. Lol! My daughter got stationed at Pendleton in 2016 so I came down and kinda like Oceanside! For me, it’s the better place. I hope I can afford it. The prices shot up during COVID. They seem to have leveled out but I expect them to climb again. You’re the expert! But the word on the street is SD is starting to surpass SF in in-affordability. I’m in my late 50s so it’s either settle in or leave ASAP. Will call you up!
Thank you for "taking us with you" in this tour. Fun to see North Country San Diego via your video.
Well done video! It was fun being in the tour with you :)
Great tour and a quick peek at some communities!
Nice job! San Diego is so beautiful!
Great information and super fun trip down the coast.
Wow, so beautiful there! Great tour.
Encinitas is my favorite in north county too
Can you do a video on family homes 600k range in North County?

@@successinsandiego I’m def open to 55+. Interested in stability more than eventual profit.
Your video is 1y/o, is it still possible to get a condo sr townhouse in a beach community for under 500k?
I’m seeing a few just a touch under 500, not for long!
Geez, who can afford a million dollars?
