- A friend and I fulfil a childhood dream to fly to Sandown with friends from my local flying club.
Everyone should try learning to fly. The feeling of freedom is crazy. We fly the Needles for the first time. It felt like a Dream.
No Roads, no fences No speed limits, just pure flying with friends.

Superb. Thanks for sharing. I'm familiar with the Bristol Channel from the air, and in flight sim, very cool to see it as far away as Bromsgrove. The Needles from the air? Wow!!💜✌️👍😊

it was a surprise to glance across and see it so far north. I believe it was because we were quite high at around 6000ft and the sun was in the right place to bounce off the surface. It's possibly why it could be so easily seen.
