That was a gorgeous apartment and I loved all the outdoor terraces. The video cuts made it challenging to know where we were. Perhaps allow constant filming so we can build or follow the space as we move through the rooms.
The apartment is worth 1 million yet the kitchen and the living room is in the same small space and bedrooms are super tight. The London housing market is becoming ridiculous lets be honest lolx
Thanks for watching! The asking price isn’t always the sale price. Also this would most likely appeal to certain type of buyer
The market does the price.
💯💯💯💯 1.475m to be exact, you could get a mansion in Essex for that.
@@anthonybergonzi6786Essex isn't Canary Wharf 😂
@@bh-777no but Essex would definitely have better views than looking at other high rise buildings from your balcony, buildings which are blocking sunlight and would drive me mad with claustrophobic tension. Each to their own but not for me
I liked your video a lot. My suggestion is: when you're touring the flat, please just focus on show the flat as the way we we're seeing it if we were with you in the space
Beautiful interior design, very sleek. And the condo itself it's in a gorgeous spot
Thanks for watching ET!
Where is the living room ??? For 1.4 mil this is pretty bad value for money.
Didn't you see? There's a dining table in the corridor

Lots of terrace, a kitchen where you cook with your back to the view, and living spaces that look more like a nice hotel room than a home. I love the use of dark wood, the rest is rubbish.
I enjoy watching your London property tours 👍
Thanks for watching :)
Bro you should try to get a hold of some house tours on the outskirts of London like in Barnet for example, because viewers will think London only has these tiny apartments. Not like I own a property but still lol
We need more of this apartment the affordable luxury one😂
The terrace is beautifully done, but for such small apartment they could have done with just one bathroom and use the free space for dining area or small office space. The living room area feels very crowded and since the only wall space is taken by the kitchen, the rest is glass wrapping around to the terrace, there is basically no room to properly place a tv or any set of furniture, which seems impractical. Good for spending a vacation, not live in it.
It's beautiful apartment, but living room nothing 😢
Open plan kitchen and living room space should be unacceptable in a million pound apartment. Even council flats have separate kitchens 🤨
It’s the norm now in all new apartments unfortunately. We got this from the USA
Great presentation
Glad you liked it
That is not a kitchen it’s a wall with appliances stuck on.
Very nice apartment. Can these apartments function like a hotel?
I'd rather have a small 3 bed house in the North of England rather in that sesspit
Thanks for watching Paul! North of England 🤔 What about a palace in Hawaii! 🌴
2 years ago you could get a 3 bed end of terrace freehold just half a mile away for 700k. 1.4m for a leasehold apartment this small is insanity.
a million for all your neighbours to see in ... and that is NOT a kitchen :) nice fittings though. I hope you like fish in that bathroom :)
Man, British homes are forever tiny...
Lol you actually think these are typical British homes. Everyone where I live has far larger homes. We have all sizes.
No living room space at all. Not worth it. So many better developments in the area like South Quay Plaza. Great video though!
Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more
Wow, no room for a sofa and t.v, just two garden/beach chairs indoors ?! Hahaa
Very good price for what it is
Thanks for watching! Canary Wharf does have good value compared to other developments.
@@TobyCorban do you have any more in Canary Wharf lined up
😂😂😂😂 terrible for the price.
Feels too small, even though 1000 sq feet is a reasonable footprint to live in for 2 people
Those bathrooms are a cleaning nightmare
Maintenance fees?
Probably fifty GRAND A YEAR..😮
Probably £20k
Anyone who would pay 1.4 million for an apartment the size of a postage stamp needs to see a doctor ! You could buy a 6 bed house on a 2 acre plot five miles out of London and commute in on the Elizabeth line.
I have a 2000 square feet condo beach front and it’s half that. Very underwhelming
Freehold or Leasehold?
It’s be leasehold and don’t forget the astronomical service charges!! 😩
Oh crikey, you don’t even have room for a sofa! And where would your tv go?
🫳
It looks like the kitchen in a party room, not the main residence. And working with your back to the view while cooking? Yuck. 1K sq is pretty tiny, and a lot of space is wasted (IMHO) on deck space, where it would have been better served on interior spaces. I like the use of dark finishes in small spaces, as it gives an elegant feel. But so much of this is terrace and gimmicks, versus actual living spaces. I was considering a move to London, but if this is indicative of what you get for the £, I'll stay in CA.
If you have the money to afford this, why not.
That living space is just horrendously to small.
It's not you!!!
The balcony was nice, but inside, just no.
Video should me more about the apartment than the guy speaking
One and a half million pounds… No, thanks. I prefer my little flat in Italy.
Italy is beautiful ❤️
I don't actually mind smaller apartments, as long as they are decorated to the finest - like this one is! However, I must say that the layout of the apartment is really odd. Who needs that much balcony space in cloudy and cold London? If there were no balconies, the living room and bedrooms would be bigger! Also, the free standing wardrobe... really ugly, and takes almost half of the room!
Too small, and have to put up with neighbours noise & smells. Unable to drive anywhere; gridlocked, trains run only half of the time & cattle have more rights.
