Hi, Is there a way to have a link or button in the Alert that comes through to Teams, for someone else to go and view the form that was filled? I created the form so I can see the response in my Microsoft Forms but if someone else sees the alert, how will they see the response without logging into my Microsoft Forms to see it.

This is awesome - thanks! I can't seem to get the message to display multiple choice answers. Is there a fix for that?

This has been so helpful! Unfortunately, because the form is created via Office it downloads the Excel summary instead of keeping it online for the whole org to access and get live updates. However when I create it on forms via Teams, the form IDs don't show. Is there any way to go about this?

Hmm, the question is a little confusing. I would suggest using Forms on the web and see if the issue is still occurring.

Is there a way for the "Post as" to be from whoever submitted the form? Right now, I have it as 'user' and when other people submit the form, their message posts under me, which is unhelpful if we need to respond to the submitter.

No, it will only use who has the Connection on that action. You can try posting it as 'Flow bot' but it will still show you posted it via Flow Bot. You can try including the person who submitted it in the message

Had the exact same issue. I need the email of the person who submitted the ticket. I ended up adding one more field in the Message context "Responders Email", obviously it will only work within company. It will still show up as the person who setup the powerautomate but in the body of the message you will have responder's email. Hope that helps.

Quick question. I am following this process but my form that I created is not populating in the drop-down on step one. Can you assist?

      Hi,
Make sure you are using the same account for Power Automate/Microsoft Form. Also, sometimes there can be a slight delay for Power Automate to recognize a new Form was created. So, wait a few minutes and refresh the pages!
