Seeing these Pikmin in action would be quite fun, especially green coloured Pikmin with their own onions. After I found out that the glow Pikmin were going to have their own onion but it getting cut from production made me feel like they were doing them dirty because at the end of the first game when Olimar goes home, we see other onions including a green one. A green coloured Pikmin with its own onion is my eternal Pikmin wish that I want granted
My new Pikmin type Name || Webbed Pikmin Color || Light grey Flower Color || Light Blue Looks || Same body shape as the OG Pikmin 1 but with webbed hands and feet Damage || 7.5 - 4 DPS (Random) Explanation || When throwing webbed pikmin at an enemy, the enemy wont be able to shake them off easily || Webbed Pikmin can also fight Arachnodes without getting stuck to the web || When enemies eat a webbed pikmin, the enemies mouth will stay stuck together for .30 seconds. The more Webbed Pikmin an enemy eats, the longer their mouth will stay stuck together. *[The longest amount of time an enemies mouth can stay stuck together is 2.75 seconds]* || Like Glow Pikmin, when charging up Webbed Pikmin slowly and letting go, the webbed pikmin will stick to the ground and make a web out of their bodies that enemies can get stuck on. The more webbed Pikmin, the larger the web || When you whistle at webbed pikmin to let go of objects they’re carrying, it’ll take them 1.35 seconds to actually let go of the object ⚠️ No, this isn’t based off the Rose Pikmin, I’ve had this Pikmin idea for a while
I don’t think they’ll add any more types also with the dog replacing the orange pikmin. But maybe they could add brown, orange and maybe teal pikmin when pikmin 5 comes out in 2033
That is true he’ll considering in each game we only get 2 pikmin once a game not to mention we already have returning pikmin like purple pikmin white pikmin Rock pikmin and Winged Pikmin
i have three ideas for pikmin types #1 Mud Pikmin - They can survive and hide in mud , even blue Pikmin cant breathe in mud, its harder for Pikmin to escape mud than water and other hazards, when they hide in the mud they cant be seen by most enemies. #2 Bee Pikmin - They can fly but not as high as Winged Pikmin and they do not fly over water, they are as good in combat as Red Pikmin, they can also use flowers to produce nectar, and they fly slower than Winged and Glow Pikmin. #3 Carrot Pikmin - They are basically typeless Pikmin. They are created after Olimar attempts to grow pikpik carrots on pnf-404. He plants the carrots attempting to grow a food source on the planet, but they don't grow at all. He later comes back and he finds new Carrot Pikmin where he left them. They even have an onion. They do not have candypop buds because of the unique way they came into existence and there would be no reason to ever change other Pikmin into Carrot Pikmin due to them being typeless.
I've kinda had my own concept for a few pikmin, a non-cave bulbmin and a breadmin (cave variant as well immune to everything the bread bug is), basically the out of caves pikmin aren't immune to anything, sounds lame right? well my idea is that the bulbmin and breadmin will actually upgrade with the player, if the player gets the scorch guard then the bulbmin and breadmin will be immune to fire, grab the electric defense and you got that too, the main idea is that the bulbmin and breadmin copy what their leader/parent is immune to, when these new things are born (look at paragraph 3) they will see you as their leader/parent and will be immune to everything the player is immune to, giving more an incentive to get those elemental guards other than that the bulbmin will be able to do 1.5x attack as it's body is mostly chomp but it cannot latch onto stuff so it will nibble at the feet, DO NOT TRY AND FIGHT A LONG LEGS WITH THIS, the bulbmin will also be slow while carrying anything, the breadmin will have a 0.5x attack as it doesn't attack really, also can't latch too, it is meant to be a collector instead of a fighter, would have a carry strength of 3 and would drag the item pretty fast, both of these have no onion, "but how do you get them?" you may ask well you will need a new pikmin, 1 that has been mentioned since pikmin 2 but hasn't been seen yet, from the green onion (glow pikmin are lime not green), the parasitic pikmin, see more below parasite pikmin work in odd ways, the parasite pikmin don't like pellets as they have never heard of or seen the sort so no pellets for them, they would prefer bodies of other enemies to repopulate with, strictly being carnivores has downside yeah, but...if you bring a dwarf bulborb or a breadbug into the green onion it becomes these bulbmin and breadmin + 2 extra parasite pikmin as these enemies give 3 seeds, this is intended to be an accidental senario, more on the parasite pikmin though, the parasite pikmin has 0.75x attack and longer throw like the arrow pikmin in the video, the parasite pikmin work in groups, adding more attack the more parasite pikmin are on it, the real thing about these though is that they could climb along rock and dirt walls that the player and other pikmin otherwise couldn't being able to get around obstacles and up to spots even winged pikmin can't go, these also stay onto enemies requiring 3 shake cycles to get these off sorry for the very long text I just wanted to share my biggest pikmin concept about bulbmin, breadmin, and parasite pikmin
if i may, i'd like to suggest they're ineffective against rolling enemies. maybe they deal damage when crushed, but they're still vulnerable to it as a tradeoff.
The Arrow Pikmin is such a fun idea! I would make a few design changes, though; ● Put their eyes very low on their face. ● Make their legs and arms end in sharp points. ● Make it so they fly at enemies' feet first. ● Give them two or three leaves instead of just one. The leaves spin to propel the pikmin at their target. As a Bud, they push out jets of air to propel themselves, further, faster and with greater accuracy. As a Flower, their petals spin and create a whirlwind behind them, further extending their range.
Orange Pikmin Idea Apperance: Looks like a normal pikmin but the leaf bends down to cover it's head. Main Features: Orange Pikmin can dig into the ground allowing immunity to most enemies including explosions and electricity but can only dig underground for exactly 3 seconds and when it ages it doesn't gain more speed but rather gains more time underground (Bud=4s) (Flower=5s), they can also dig back up as an attack dealing the same damage as a purple. Plus: If left at night they will bury themselves into the ground until you pluck them out the next day. They can carry objects quickly when they go under the ground to do so. Minus: They're one of the slowest pikmin types only beating out purples. They can still be grabbed, pecked and stomped out of the ground dealing twice the damage. Slightly heavier than reds when thrown.
Pikmin concept: Cyborg pikmin Colour: orange with a light blue eye, mechanical red eye with metal antenna and one or two limbs being mechanical Combat: can shoot a long lasting laser from their eye at range if you want them to charge enemies and can also be thrown where they’ll do above average damage Gameplay: can carry double the weight of normal pikmin and have some resistance to fire and electricity (hence the orange colouration being a mix between red and yellow) but instantly die to hazards such as water and explode on death, dealing extra damage to enemies or potentially other pikmin Downsides: can be hacked by mechanical enemies, turning them against you. It would be a more thought out version of puffmin as it would be hostile pikmin if the enemy can control them Overall: A pretty high risk high reward pikmin to use with good damage, utility, versatility but can be dangerous if used recklessly or carelessly as they have enough weaknesses, their biomechanical would reflect their attributes as they’d be strong but unsettling and dangerous
Four new pikmin types part 1: Name: Crystal Pikmin Color: Sea Green Flower Color: Turquoise Look: The crystals in Pikmin 4 but sea green Characteristics: Basically a combination of the Rock Pikmin and the crystals in Pikmin 3-4 and sea green Ability: Doesn't die instantly from melee hits and needs about 5 hits and only dies instantly by like ranged hits, explosions, timer attacks (like drowning and burning alive) and getting eaten and for a great detail it gets more cracks the more damage it gets (150 likes = part 2)
Orange pikmin idea:segmented pikmin. This Pikmin has the shape of a quarter sphere and its special ability is that it can join other segmented Pikmin (maximum 3) to create a sphere. With this ability, four pikmins count as one. I haven't finished creating this pikmin yet, but it's pretty complete at the moment.
[Vitinho]: It's easy to make a Pikmin like this, just take any Pikmin except the rock Pikmin and paint it black. Seriously, it’s really easy to make one!😂😂😂
I'd like to see orange earth pikmin who function similarly to rock pikmin but have resistance to fire and electricity in exchange for being slower. I'd also like to see brown shade pikmin who are stealthy and can slow down enemies.
the orange pikmin being immune to explosions could mean a new blowhog variant- maybe one that shoots bomb rocks that are smooth and roll towards you then combust after a bit
The only colors I think are left is orange, brown and maybe a light yellow since we have a lighter version of two of the three primary colors (Winged and Ice). Brown could be Mole Pikmin where they have sharp claws that make quick work of dirt and sand walls and much like your Rose Pikmin idea they are also harder to throw off (not impossible just harder) They are also great diggers and can spot them much sooner than any of the other Pikmin. Orange I think could be acidic Pikmin and function in a similar way to White Pikmin but not as well. But the greatest difference is that they smell incredible and will distract the enemy. Especially when idle but even if traveling with the player they will still draw attention their way. Which will make it possible to have Pikmin taking items from enemies because they are distracted with the scent of the Orange Pikmin.
The various bulbmins are a great idea would be really cool to play I don't know why Nintendo adds and removes peoples favorites things instead of just adding and building
That buff to green pikmin defeats the whole entire point of them if anything id make it so their secondary ability is to latch onto walls as a possible climbing ladder so long as you have enough of them
I want orange pikmin in here because i have to complete the rainbow of the pikmins Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Light Blue, Blue, Purple, Pink, Teal, White, Brown, Gray and Black to see it in pikmin 5
if the rorange pikmin in immune to getting crushed on any surface im gonna be suprised, because rock pikmin get squashed due to being hollow inside on hard ones, lets say a shell pikmin is shaken off by a wollywog on a hard surface, that wolltwog will squash it on the floor but it will be fine, and also their immune to those flipping rock patties with fire on one side and rock on the other, those keep oofing my rock pikmin.
New idea Rootmin A green pikmin that can't attack There ability is to take over enemy's so you clump them in a ball and chuck it Like for example you can clump up 30 to take over a cannon beatle (shell open) and they will take it over and automatically fight things or carry stuff
@@thatnintendoquality basically you need aa much rootmin as the weight of the creature and also if you kill a creature you can take it over but it's draw bakes are having a 2x weakness to all elements and basically this would just be glorified bulbmin but they can take over rocks and ice with time wich just turns them into rock/ice pikmin
Why not make a parasitic pikmin that would be able to take over small creatures such as small bulborbs once they are dead it would allow for a wide varity of uses say you have a small whip tongue bulborb instead of needing to carry this body and stuff you could have new bulbmins without problems and other types of pikmin by simply thowing a parasite pikmin at it wich then would take over the already dead enemy and well use the body though I could see some features as well like that they would be able to bring the body to the onion and thereby creating new pikmin which would not harm the pikmin given as they could simply crawl out. If the player would lose this pikmin the player would not be able to get the pikmin back if it's inhabiting a body as it would grow up and itself become a threat to the player. Unlike other pikmin in it's base form it would be not much use in fighting because it likely would have the lowest attack stat.
The gameplay guide itself tells about all types, there is no way we get more types on THIS game, at least, plus its known that there are onions for all types but glow
Grey and black are too similar. Denied. Also this is just a charged winged pikmin with extra steps. Double denied. Light green and green are too similar. Denied. The Orange Pikmin is very cute and I like how its quadrapetal unlike the other pikmin, its like a little flint beetle

I think rose pikmin would need more than just being automated to be viable. What about puzzle solving?
The Shell Pikmin Are So CUTE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a rotund specimen
I really like the rose pikmin idea, but my initial thought was to gift that ability to blur pikmin since they can use their mouth to latch on
Blues have gills and not mouths.
the glow pikmin would be anamzeing final smash for olimar in smashbros
The video "Pikmin Hybrids" has "Dart Pikmin" which are similar to arrow pikmin.
