The flat screen arcades are nice but if you have one you will need to take breaks so your neck doesn't start bothering you. Because most people are either standing or on stools playing these arcades.
I really like the look of this one except for the text around the screen. Better than a mess of random arcade logos and characters though. I'd also prefer a 4:3 screen, of course. 1240 euros is less than I expected, but still pricey.
I have a converted arcade 1up cocktail table thats runnjng rasberi pi, will this be compatible with my set up and can you put the pandora box in cocktail table mode?

Nearly every Pizza Hut in the US had a cocktail arcade in the 80s. Usually a Midway game like Pacman or Galaga. That's why Arcade 1up sells a woodgrain Ms Pacman cocktail table.
@@EightPieceBox not with 4 controllers they didn't. I saw the sit down arcades you mention even a b/w Space Invaders. But they were always in tate mode and didn't have roller ball and joystick at the same time. But this one is way better!🙉
Not sure why they always use the bilinear/"supersample" filter by default on things like this - IMO it looks like crap, smudging out detail and destroying the crispness of the image. Any half-way decent scanline filter is better.
But a 16:9 display? I have said it a thousand times before - it does NOT work for retrogaming (8/16/32 bit). I didn't see the entire video, but I bet is does not support changing aspect ration, and even if it did, it would mean borders. FAIL FAIL FAIL.
Cranking up so many, SO MANY, retro device. Yet, for the past four (4) years they (Chinese electronic workshops) cannot make any significant upgrades to Pandora/Pandora's Box. Frustrating😮💨

Yeah, I shown in my video you can switch between the 2 options that is why there are 4 joysticks.

Be better if you can angle the screen.

Most people configuring these things don't even have seen a CRT live.

Problem is 4:3 or 5:4 LCD screens are rare and expensive, and probably today's generation wouldn't even appreciate them!
