As a good portuguese man he has a lot of ssardines and fish in general, which are not only great for the protein but also good for bone density and regeneration. If you break a bone sardines are some of the best foods you can eat to help the bone grow. So the conclusion I got out of this video is that this man basically sleeps and exercises all day hahaha

Everything you did here is just 50%. The other 50% is on the field. I had his body without his training, but all his soccer arsenal within. Also you forgot a LOT of specific targeted muscles that he also trained, that he probably wont show on a video. You only notice that as a fitness trainer, which i also became.
