On the other hand if you do something as terrible as some world leaders , you will be remembered in a negative way. But, when we die , it will not concern us because we lose sentient thought in death.
I call this my "prayer music" When I become quiet and speak to the Lord about everything that is on my heart, this is on in the background. It drowns out other disruptive sounds and then it's just me and the Lord Jesus 🥰

I remember hearing this in the third grade, I loved it but I never found out what it was called. I'm so happy to have this song back as I'm about to graduate. The nostalgia overload was huge, I remembered it exactly as it was, it makes me so emotional to hear it.

The little guy in first grade who would lay on his back and close his eyes while Bach played, (and I remember him so well.) came up to me in the grocery store last summer. Big guy. Had a smile and pointed his finger saying, " I remember you. You LET ME listen to Bach. Thank you! " In our conversation I got to ask him what he was doing lately. Still in college, and is going to be an assistant orchestra conductor at the university WOW

We are here now but not for very long. It's not a sad thing but something beautiful. In a way, I think Bach is saying our lives in itself is a song or piece of art that only shows its beauty when seen through. We have many challenges in our lives but even moments of difficulty or joy are fleeting. We need to reflect on all we've accomplished in our lives and thank God for all we've experienced and overcome.

Now I know where I have heard this beautiful piece. In the 80s and 90s there was a television advert and this was played on piano to :' A Cigar Called Hamlet'. If you like Bach you must listen to his Adagio BWV974 it's out of this world, he was a Master of his Music absolutely brilliant.
