- First trip of the season on my kayak, second year. Tested the stability by standing up and casting, no the most stable but it works and it was very windy. It was a good day!

I've got an idea for you! Since you cast with your right hand, get a left-handed baitcasting reel. Once you learn to use it oh, you won't have to switch hands after a cast. There is a little learning curve to use left-handed baitcasting reel, give it a try you might want it
Thank you! I’ll give it try this summer. I have tried with a spinner reel before it didn’t go well. But maybe a baitcaster would work.
You probably don't even have the same kayak now. If so I'm curious of the length of paddle and I guess how tall you are to go with that?
@@417Keto hi, I do have the same kayak haha the paddle is a ozark brand from Walmart 220 cm to 230 cm (86.6" - 90.5"). I’m not tall 5’7”. I use it with the longer adjustment 230 cm
That's the best deal if you can get something and use it. I just got one and trying to figure out paddle size at 5' 8 1/2"

I like your kayak man that is a nice kayak you have. I've been trying to get me one for a backup kayak but my local Walmart is having trouble getting them in stock. The Walmart keep telling me that they have them on order but they haven't arrived yet. I like your setup on your kayak man & I like how you kayak barefooted 👣 styles cuz I have to kayak Barefooted 👣 style too because i have big very very extremely wide feet sz15 6E wide with very chubby fat wide toes that are equally straight across making my foot very very wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe. My foot outgrew shoes , socks , &boots when i was 18 years old & flip flops is the only footwear that will barely and i mean barely fit my foot because of my toes being wider than the flip flops straps & that why I have to kayak barefooted 👣 Style. It was cool to see you doing that man cuz I had to grow up being barefooted 👣 & now I love being barefooted 👣 cuz it's so much then trying to fit my foot into a pair of flip flops that barely wide enough for my foot to fit in. Did you ever get the kayak? I bought one last week on the online Walmart bc they where out of stock, it was shipped to my house $50 tax, $100 for shipping, all come out to be $570 😬
