My husband said yes to buying this machine, and I bought it today stoked to use it. I'm not gonna lie, I was reading the instruction book and was very intimidated, but thanks to YOU I am going to paint our bathroom and hallway tomorrow. Your video almost inspired me to do it tonight, but its 8:30pm and I need to control my impulsivity to do things.😅 THANK YOU!
I love this sprayer- I have an older model that also has a power roller (no more redipping!) I tell you it takes about 2 minutes to paint a 12x12 ceiling and about 37 seconds to paint a side of a 6 panel door---the finish is like enamel! Perfect! One tip: get moving (side to side or up and down) with your gun before you actually pull the trigger so you don't get that first GLOB when you activate the paint. Practice on cardboard works great too! Prep is essential, as is clean up. Best Home Imp investment ever!
Dido to all the comments! I've painted a lot of things in my 67 yrs, however, this unit was on sale awhile back so I bought it and put it into storage till I needed it. Well today I'm off to do our cupboard doors and when the weather cools down a bit, I'll do the whole house exterior. Yes, golden rule Dad always said to me growing up "Prep your work once". Thank you for your excellent down to earth video.
Your video is concise and helpful. I referred back to it a few times-it's nice that we can just replay if needed! This is the only sprayer I've used, but as a 58 yr old woman, it helped me paint 210 LF of fencing without too much trouble (except for my aching muscles the next day :)
Very much appreciate this video! All too often these “tutorial” videos are like half an hour long and the actual tutorial part is hidden in the middle. thank you for making this short and easy to understand!👌🏼👍🏼
We've been painting our whole house, doors, and trim. We got to the baseboards when my wife said, "Okay, that's enough. Go down and buy a paint sprayer!" Being the good husband, I jumped in the truck and ran down to Home Depot. They have this sprayer on sale for 10% off, and it looks like it will be perfect for what I have left, so I just got home and broke it out of the box and decided to watch a video on it, just to make sure I'm doing everything right. Of course, as soon as I saw Jon's video, I jumped right in here. Glad to hear you recommend this sprayer!
Best training video on this unit I have seen. I have the older version of the unit and had not used it for a few years. I just got it out to paint my daughter's basement rec room - walls and exposed joist ceiling. This refresh was excellent. The painting project went smooth as silk. Thanks so much for keeping it short and sweet buy yet very thorough!!!
One of the best instructional videos of all time! More creators should use your video as a guide. Great work explaining and giving details about the spray lock. That means everything. Keep it up!
Exactly why Im watching this video is I rolled Popcorn & sucked made a huge mess. How did this work out for you? Did it work like the video for you too? Any feedback is appreciated.
Looks like a pretty decent setup and tool Jon Wagner bought out Titan years ago and it looks like they are using all the Titan components and facility to manufacture their Wagner branded products one of my family members founded Titan and he patented the Reversible self cleaning Spray tip originally in the 1970s ! He is completely retired now but his idea revolutionized the painting world
Thanks for making this video, I’ve had this exact sprayer for over a year and now I’m ready to use it, figured I’d watch a video on it and sure enough your video was very helpful, thank you once again.
Wagner should pay your for this video. It’s because of your instruction that I’m buying this product. You explained it 30k times better than their site.
This is technically the best video I've seen on how to use this equipment.. Great job, very clean tidy and professional, systematic and clear. I will purchase one of these soon . Looks like a good airless compared to some very expensive Graco competitors

This spray machine is very handy. It goes a lot faster and the result is much better than when you paint with a brush. Thank you for this well explained video, Jon!
Thanks. This looks like the unit for a newb like me. Cleanup looks a lot easier than other "prosumer" units and should be fine for my small paint needs.
I just bought this sprayer haven’t used it yet I got fence forever to paint an it looks like a nice unit . Thanks for the video you explained things nicely
Hi All, I just bought one of these yesterday to use for repainting my house, and I must say it is way worth the money in saving time and effort. It puts on a lot of paint and covers well, no runs or sputters. but you really need to mix your paint well and or strain it, because any clogs at all will stop it up or cause it to skip as the clog goes through. But other than that it does a really great job and works just like it shows in this video (Two Thumbs Up)
Thank you so much for this easy setup video. I'm new when it comes to using a paint sprayer and I want to get it right. Your video was very easy to follow. I appreciate it very much. I was going to go with the Wagner Control Pro 150 but this 130 would also work just fine for my projects.
Great stuff 👍☘️The best way to clean out is take the head off line and run the paint into the tin when no more comes out Then clean out hose and container 👍☘️
Thanks for the video. I just bought one. Works really well but as a novice a couple things I found. I'm remodeling a couple of our bathrooms and a laundry room. This sprayer, and I assume any of them, puts out a lot of "mist". It can be a very messy process. Also working in a confined space is a little toxic. Take his advice and where a mask. I'm sure a pro or even seasoned amateur could do it much cleaner than I did. All that said it came out pretty well. His tips on cleanup are really on point.
Just a safety tip. Whenever attaching the spray tip to the gun or exposing ones hand to it to turn it, have the safety trigger lock on. If an accidental injection of paint and or etc occurs, mostly likely surgery will be needed to debride the tissues exposed.

awesome thanks for the video gonna grab one for my self. and not sending hate here but the pock filters are for dust and solid particles for paint you really need a different filter to actually do anything for aresol/atomized products.
Go back and listen to what he said. He is correct. He didn't say spraying vertically and spraying horizontally. He said a vertical fan and a horizontal fan, in which case, a horizontal fan is for spraying up and down, and a vertical fan is for spraying side to side.
Better video than the original website, I'm thinking to get one of these, what kind of paint does it work with it? Stain, water base paint and what else? Thanks
I recently painted my house with this product. It's not bad for a store bought sprayer. It does spray on pretty heavy so i did get a bit of flashing, even with two coats put on and a fast consistent motion. Wish I would have used a flat finish instead of a soft-gloss to significantly reduce flashing. You can only really tell when you look down the side of the house otherwise people wont notice unless they really look for it.
Thank you much for this video!! I found it super helpful that inspired me to purchase the machine and I LOVE it!!! Its so easy to use (I am a novice and did well!). I painted a 400 sq foot room in under an hour (that’s not including prepping). All I can say...I am ready to paint other rooms in my house as a result of getting this addition to my arsenal of house tools 😊
This is a pretty slick machine. I started painting railcars a while back and it made me want a sprayer for home but I don't wanna swing a heavy cup gun around. Also for the spray we just keep the tip in one orientation and rotate the gun, easier for me that way.
Great informational tutorial. You give me confidence that I can do this on my own. I love the painting, it is the preparation phase that takes me forever! Speaking of which better get to masking an covering items up. Hope it does well with me spraying the ceiling off a 10' ladder...lol thanks for sharing!
Thanks Joe, definitely a big timesaver , so it pays to put a little extra time into prep and I did all my cutting in with a 2 inch brush to avoid overspray but you can get a lot of paint down quick.
Thanks for the Tips. My issue with this sprayer is when I was painting the bedrooms I could only spray for a couple mins and then had to exit the room because there was so much spray particles just floating around that I couldn't hardly see, 10 to 20 mins later I would go back in and paint for a few more mins and then exit the room again.
I'm glad I watched this. I was debating between this a Graco. Cleaning that paint bucket seems like a pain. Id rather have the sprayer take paint straight from the can
Jon, this video is great, very informative step by step, I actually was at lowes trying to decide and I went home and watched some videos, it looks like I'll be buying this model I just need to find a smaller spray tip. Thank you. Oh, and it's great to see someone you use good paint.
