My husband said yes to buying this machine, and I bought it today stoked to use it. I'm not gonna lie, I was reading the instruction book and was very intimidated, but thanks to YOU I am going to paint our bathroom and hallway tomorrow. Your video almost inspired me to do it tonight, but its 8:30pm and I need to control my impulsivity to do things.😅 THANK YOU!

I love this sprayer- I have an older model that also has a power roller (no more redipping!) I tell you it takes about 2 minutes to paint a 12x12 ceiling and about 37 seconds to paint a side of a 6 panel door---the finish is like enamel! Perfect! One tip: get moving (side to side or up and down) with your gun before you actually pull the trigger so you don't get that first GLOB when you activate the paint. Practice on cardboard works great too! Prep is essential, as is clean up. Best Home Imp investment ever!

Dido to all the comments! I've painted a lot of things in my 67 yrs, however, this unit was on sale awhile back so I bought it and put it into storage till I needed it. Well today I'm off to do our cupboard doors and when the weather cools down a bit, I'll do the whole house exterior. Yes, golden rule Dad always said to me growing up "Prep your work once". Thank you for your excellent down to earth video.

Your video is concise and helpful. I referred back to it a few times-it's nice that we can just replay if needed! This is the only sprayer I've used, but as a 58 yr old woman, it helped me paint 210 LF of fencing without too much trouble (except for my aching muscles the next day :)

We've been painting our whole house, doors, and trim. We got to the baseboards when my wife said, "Okay, that's enough. Go down and buy a paint sprayer!" Being the good husband, I jumped in the truck and ran down to Home Depot. They have this sprayer on sale for 10% off, and it looks like it will be perfect for what I have left, so I just got home and broke it out of the box and decided to watch a video on it, just to make sure I'm doing everything right. Of course, as soon as I saw Jon's video, I jumped right in here. Glad to hear you recommend this sprayer!

Hi All, I just bought one of these yesterday to use for repainting my house, and I must say it is way worth the money in saving time and effort. It puts on a lot of paint and covers well, no runs or sputters. but you really need to mix your paint well and or strain it, because any clogs at all will stop it up or cause it to skip as the clog goes through. But other than that it does a really great job and works just like it shows in this video (Two Thumbs Up)

Thanks for the video. I just bought one. Works really well but as a novice a couple things I found. I'm remodeling a couple of our bathrooms and a laundry room. This sprayer, and I assume any of them, puts out a lot of "mist". It can be a very messy process. Also working in a confined space is a little toxic. Take his advice and where a mask. I'm sure a pro or even seasoned amateur could do it much cleaner than I did. All that said it came out pretty well. His tips on cleanup are really on point.

Just a safety tip. Whenever attaching the spray tip to the gun or exposing ones hand to it to turn it, have the safety trigger lock on. If an accidental injection of paint and or etc occurs, mostly likely surgery will be needed to debride the tissues exposed.

I recently painted my house with this product. It's not bad for a store bought sprayer. It does spray on pretty heavy so i did get a bit of flashing, even with two coats put on and a fast consistent motion. Wish I would have used a flat finish instead of a soft-gloss to significantly reduce flashing. You can only really tell when you look down the side of the house otherwise people wont notice unless they really look for it.
