Very nice. The lower level takes this property to an entirely different class of home. I am retired and spend a little time each day watching all kinds of home tours. I’m becoming fixated on the fact that almost every bathroom you show us has the toilet seat up. Every other channel I’ve seen tends to show the toilets with the lids closed. Is this a coincidence, or is it done on purpose?
On these new homes please, please open every door. We love to see the closet space as well. If the house is occupied, respecting the privacy of the occupants should be considered and the closet tours skipped. Additionally, we rarely seen home elevators. If you would just open the doors so that we could see the interiors, that would be great fun. Do not feel like we need to see you ride in these home elevators. We see more of the house when you take the stairs. Thank you so much. 💕

Nice Tudor home more European in style than American version.... this home I would purchase without a pool because they are timeless.... also usually come with a lot of land in the US pending location.... I can add the pool later.

Great tour, thank you for posting. I love the "old world" charm....But at this price point the MB fell short.....The masterbath was bit to small and his/her wardrobe would have been better as the one closet is way to small. Anyone with $3.6 to spend has/wants options (But excluding the MB, I love it).

A minor detail I think would make a difference. The light switches could have been the rocker type that you find in most upscale homes in this price range. A GREAT 💯 otherwise!👍👍

The house is dark and needs more lightning. Also that return air grill in the vent a hood is really bad placement…The is land with the post legs is also unattractive.
