Unfortunately the rights to Dear Evan Hansen haven’t been released to the public yet so it’ll probably be a long long time before schools can perform it 😞

What a **perfect** evan. He's got just the right amount of awkward high school kid and a voice that's got enough force to support the message, but little enough that it still matches the character.
3 years ago and this does better than the actual movie. Absolute masterpiece. Sad that we got a less than average version to Dear Evan Hansen.

I came across a brief snapshot of this song from a clip that randomly appeared on my youtube after listening to another video. I can honestly say that this song is so powerful and the message portrayed in it needs to be heard, shared far and wide. Those who have been struggling through their own problems in life, particularly in the last year with the very possibility of feeling isolated NEED to know they are NOT alone.
I wish for anyone who feels like they are alone and isolated comes and says hi. I want to let people know that I am here to talk to even in the busiest of times, because nothing is more important than the people around us.
This is not just a physical thing, not just a mental health thing but I believe it's spiritual and everyone can know and feel the love of a great God who even in the darkest times never leaves us alone.

This song those lyrics made me cry. No matter how old you are you can relate to this. Having been bullied through school and feeling alone were times when I indeed felt invisible. I was lucky had great teachers who took me under their wings. I suffer from PTSD because of early traumatic events. I am 67 years old and I still have good days and bad but I thank God for people who took time out to show me that there are angels out there all you need to do is ask. Love and Blessings from Canada🙏

I felt nothing for the DEH movie, but I felt everything for this rendition. My god, its just so much more emotional, and while the movie used pointless social media tie ins and montages, this showed the full effect of what Evan's words had on everyone. We were shown it, not told it. Amazing job.
And I’m still ticked off that they removed Good For You, a song that was not just well written, but also calls out the character’s actions.
I definitely love to see this channel do their own video of that song.

This was not a easy movie to finish cause of how much I cried. But it told me something that no one else did, even if your just the biggest mess ever, you can be your self and thats all you need to be to feel like you belong.
