What do these guys do for their knees? I have a pretty high vertical and enjoy dunking more than ball itself. Knees hold me back. It’s my fault mostly for not taking long enough breaks for them to heal. What specifically can I do once I’m 100 percent to prevent knee injury/pain for good?
there isn't any one particular secret... some people are just born with naturally insane athletic ability... others need intense strength training programs... some people do a little of both
