Reading has been my favorite thing this year and esp this summer! I’m so glad I got back into it now that my kids are a little bit older (well, at least out of the baby years lol).

I just did it along with my devotional. Total game changer. I love that idea to do it prior to situations. I can’t wait to see it in the upcoming videos! It’s so grounding and the release of the stress is freeing. I’m definitely going to incorporate this throughout my day. 💗💗

Hi Jessica, Want to bring it up a notch for glow to 40 and above . I've been doing a came changer coffee detox challenge. Taking my bonebroth and collagen with my smoothly. In stead of having it in my coffee. Its beenover a month. No coffee! And my skin and hair drastically look so different. Not say l'm giving up coffee for good. Just wanted to see what may happen.
