Almost no one realized I think that Poland's entry in 2014 "We are Slavic" was also half a joke. In the original Music Video even at the beginning there is a message: "ATTENTION! If You have a problem with your sense of humor or you're taking the world too seriously, or you have arterial hypertension or senile decay don't watch this MV, in other case research the meaning of the word "Irony" and consult with a doctor or pharmacist because wrong understanding of the MV can be dangerous to your life and health" 😂

Star Of Gaming yes they tried to copy Verka but nobody can copy a legend. Only ESG. I want to see them together and win. 2008 was one big disaster. Same as 2000 and 2001. And 2004. I want 70s back cos i want to come back to Abbayish. And 1968 to make Cliff win. 2004 too to make Zeljko win (lane moje). 60s were cute too. A lot of Disneyish anthemish Christmas songs (Disneyish are mostly 50s). 70s are Abbayish and before Abbayish they are anthemish (Eres tu and Aprec toi). But most of all Abbayish (Sweden stays Abbayish till 2006 and is like this for most of the time). And now no more Abbayish religious anthems. Music died

Party for Everybody a guilty pleasure? It earned second place, losing only to Sweden.
Verka got 2nd too. Winning second place doesn't make it a good song. Technically speaking they aren't good songs, but they're songs everyone loves anyway. So they're guilty pleasures!
The song sucked, they voted because Babushkas were cute.

Bulgaria 2008... If the vocals were good.. i'd be so happy. I'm bulgarian and a year ago i found out about this song being bulgarian. I was shocked because i don't really like bulgarian music as much. I still love the song since i had so many good memories with it when i was younger.
