37 years and wished I never done any I have been physically. mentally and verbally abused was an over the top empath. They are selfish evil people I couldn't care less about mine. I longer truma bond people please or try in my marriage its all fruitless they cannot be changed or reasoned with. they are children in adult bodies they have major tantrums with violent anger issues they have two personalities and treat you however they feel. I no longer love or care. They do not care about you. Or wanted you to have a great life I know I've had the experience of it all I'm getting wisdom and working on myself now.

I was denied a protection order twice, even though the manager of my apartment went to court and testified about how fearful she was because shed caught him breaking into the apartment dozens of times-- it wasnt until my roommate's boyfriend woke up by chance in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and opened my door (which he would NEVER do) because he said he got a bad vibe and a cold chill. The ex had been sitting on top of me chocking me for about 2 minutes. He apparently broke into the apartment and fell asleep in the closet. I had no clue he was there and went to bed after work. I was so shocked being woken up in my sleep, but he positioned himself where I couldn't move or get the air to scream. Had he ignored that feeling, Id be dead. They finally allowed the restraining order, but he broke in three more times, but of course would be gone by the time they arrived. I even asked what good was the 50-b? Best case scenario I couldve thrown it at him and if Im lucky, he would've gotten a paper cut. He was even calling threatening me from jail on a recorded line, which they said they could see the number but said they werent allowed to access the recordings but said I could pay an attorney to get them, meanwhile he only had a 48 hour hold for choking me. I ended up leaving the state. All the police will do is "solve" the crime after youre gone.

It stops being sad when you understand they're so manipulative instead of changing what they don't like about themselves, they'd rather create a character to lure vulnerable people to meet their needs, then discard them when those needs are met, or a person of more benefit comes along. They are perfectly content living in that circle of toxicity. They see how bad they hurt people and it bothers them none. If you genuinely care about them, they just resent you for it.

Thank you. I needed that! I spent over 2 and a half years trying to combat a vicious smear campaign. The narc hacked my cellphone and even approached the new guy I was dating and repeatedly smeared my name. He even showed the new guy I was dating intimate pictures of me and made it appear that I was a prostitute. The new guy ended up standing me up on dates & ghosting me. I'm alone and date less, and the narc has someone in his life, along with a brand new house but I don't care I will remain no contact for life and focus on myself and my son. Although the narc has all those things, he continues to spend a lot of energy trying to keep me single and depressed. (I'm not going to let that happen, by the way. I'm loving being single and narc free!)
By the way, I am far from being a prostitute I guess the narc is projecting on me what he is. I am a hard-working single mom who tries her best every day to take good care of my son. It's sick that narcissists are allowed to abuse people this way without going to jail. Stay safe, everyone! 🙏

He created a total of 7 Snapchat accounts to get my attention. Specified that he was not trying to get me back or even cared to be my friend, but it killed him to know that I blocked him and that I won’t be there for him.
    After I blocked him… again…
He then started emailing me. Then started to use kinder words, like I’ll always love you, you mean a lot to me. In hopes that I will be more lenient this time.
Again he specified, I’m not here to get you back and we don’t have to be friends. But if something bad happens to me, how will you ever know. It was all about him…
So yeah what did I do?
Told him hell no and I don’t ever wanna speak to him. Ever. Which btw killed him. He hated how “rude” I was when I was just being direct bc he clearly can’t take any hints. Then I blocked him bc he just kept saying over and over, I wanna see your growth from a far pls don’t block me.

With time, distance you will notice that zero contact is the best way, children with the narcissist? As little and boring contact as possible (grey stone) and only about the children. Zero contact is absolutely best for you! The narcissist hates it but that's their problem. The fact that videos on narcissism get allot of views so quickly, it means that allot of people are going through this. The victims are as many as the perpetrators. That is not an encouraging estimate. Only someone that has been victimized by a narcissist can understand this topic.

Wow. The sheer number of people affected by this… This horrible stuff happening to so many men and women, makes me think that is a silent struggle for thousands. I am free because i realised what was happening, studied, read articles and watched videos for months, years. She moved abroad and after almost 8 years of abuse I am doing the right thing, gray rocking, silent, no contact. Worst times are when she comes back to see her Family and still stalks me at my house, watching My family. I devaluate that but already told her the next Time, I’ll call the police. But I’m being successful to the point that I know that she finally knows i know. I’m on to her and she knows it. She knows it wont be never again the same. I’m no longer here for her. I am no longer available to be drained out of my life. Because that’s what they are: real live vampires. They only want us for “food”. We are mere containers for “their” supply.

My ex fiancé and i broke up October 2020.. he actually broke up with me. He decided that, because I just asked him about an ex girlfriend that come and go to his house whenever she wants to, whether he is there or not. She has access to his house in Texas... this June 2023, after father’s day i reached out through email greeted him and he was touched I remember him and he unblocked me on messenger then we started talking again until we got back. Long distance relationship. This September 16 our last chat, then he went silent treatment, ignored my message and blocked me on messenger again. I truly believe he has narcissistic personality disorder coz of love bombing and blaming me for the break up when he was the one discarded me easily. Now im moving forward again. Will not look back and will never give a chance.. i wish him well.

Thank you for your channel and insights I can whole heartedly agree. I have been married to a true female narcissist for the past 35 years, I have almost left her a few times now but keep being stopped by my son who manages to calm me down. However I don't know how much longer I will be able to withstand it and am planning to leave soon. The best way I can describe her and those like her is that they are like vampires only instead of sucking blood they suck out your happiness leaving you with a hallow soul. I am sure I will be the bad guy and she will control the narrative and will act like the victim. Channels like your help us to confirm what we feel is the truth and offer advice which is helpful so thank you again and God bless.

Jay, I know exactly how you feel. I have been married 20 years. At first it was not so bad but when I asked her to get a job all hell broke loose. They can not stand ANYONE being happy. Our oldest boy decided he would spend his 19th birthday with his girlfriends family so she kicked him out on the street that night. She only did that because she was having an affair and wanted to stay out all night and she realized that he was old enough to understand what was going on, our youngest boy was ten at the time and would not have clicked. They really are evil people, they have no morals or ethic. She just got fired from her job because she was having an affair with her bosses best friend who was married with children...... I sent his wife some proof LOL.

I had a mother who I dated 14 years and her sociopath malignant narc daughter in my life. Living hell. My GF the mom would become her daughter when talking to her between wars. The daughter murdered her uncle as we looked on at hospice. He was fine. She poured oxys down his throat when he fell asleep. He never woke up. The police in Escambia county Florida didn’t even care. They conned men out of money I found out later.
By now you may already think. This guy is crazy writing this. This was one day. I could write a trilogy novel over this. I almost was destroyed. I go to CODA meeting today. Saved my life

I wonder what it is about me, that attracts a narc. I was married 35 years to what I found out is called a "covert". I didn't see any real problems at all with her or our marriage. When she sued me for divorce, I didn't even know that woman in court. The stories she told were unknown to me. My female lawyer said, "You see that Christian woman you love so much lying under oath?" I said, yes. She said, "That is the REAL woman you married! Wow, that hurt. I never got over her so I am studying this Narcissist stuff. I notice women coaches absolutely love to talk about this subject and sell books and private calls and stuff.

The fake 'Christian' narc's are by far, the worst. They have head knowledge of the Bible and know how to talk the talk, but they certainly don't walk the walk. They hide their true colors behind the banner of Christianity.

My narcissist husband is trying all types of techniques but I refuse to let him get a rise out of me anymore. The latest thing was not mentioning me as his spouse in his mother's obituary, and now it's the total silent treatment. It's so bizarre when I walk near him, he just looks down at his phone and will not acknowledge the fact that I'm entering the room and looking right at him. My love for him turned to hatred many years ago so we only exist together for financial reasons. It all started with his compulsive gambling and then I was a total idiot and trusted him with $60k of my own money (acquired before marriage) in the stock market and he's lost just about all of it. Any ladies looking for a young 68 year old roommate in NJ?

Just this year I learned what a narcissist is. My mother has treated me like I was her husband not her son! The doctors and social workers said she is the most manipulative woman They have ever met!! I lived this nightmare for 60 years and it’s hard but I am done! Having a rough time but I have been beat down for decades!! Thanks for the explanation!! My therapist tells me the same!!!!
