A dermaroller is a simple device that is used to make tiny pin pricks in the skin. The pricks penetrate into the dermal layer, just deep enough to stimulate new cell production and boost circulation, but without causing damage and without causing pain. The process is also known as ‘microneedling’.
In a similar way that the dermaroller is used to stimulate collagen production on the facial skin, it can also be used to increase cell production and increase blood circulation around the scalp, which in turn will help with new hair growth
While the dermaroller can be daunting, it’s actually quite easy to use.
On dry hair (to avoid tangling the device in wet hair strands), place the dermaroller at the edge of where you’d like to target (e.g. the hairline, or the outside of the crown).
Roll the device slowly over the area, first horizontally then vertically and then diagonally. You should apply enough pressure to penetrate the scalp and feel a slight prickling or tingling, but not enough to cause pain.
If there is hair in the area, be sure to move in the direction of the hair strands whenever possible to avoid pulling hairs out from the follicles.
You can continue the above technique on the various areas of thinning, or you can even perform it on your entire head.
Once you’re done, be sure to clean the roller using rubbing alcohol or an antibacterial soap. Then set it aside to let it dry, and place in its protective case or pouch until next time.
This technique can be practiced a minimum of once per week, but more than twice per week is likely too much.

My hair fall has decreased and I'm having new baby hairs growing because of these things:
1. oil once or twice a week and leave it on for at least 1 hour.
2. Shampoo your hair twice/once a week and condition it accordingly.
3. Use Reactivate serum serum by littlelextraa everyday.
4. Regularly trim your hair at a specific time, e.g., once a month or twice.
5. Don't checking at your hair for weeks and so.
6. Avoid taking any stress.
From the suggestion, I started using reactiavate serum for hair growth. It has been almost 1 month, and new hair is growing on the left part of mine head

Yes, very informative but there is something I didn't understand. You have to use minoxidil (in my case I intend to use Morr f 5) one hour before of the derma rolling, but in minute 5:48 and following after explaining the different trajectories you have to implement o you head, you show an spray that suggest me to use the product again after derma rolling. Could you explain that a little bit more

Hi, All that is explained is well-understood and with respect to the usage. It described the frequency of use, how to identify the time to replace etc. But it is not explicitly mentioned the age group and the type of head like is advisable to use it when someone is really bald head. Apply your hair oil first. Leave it overnight or for a few hours and then shampoo your hair. Remember, there should be no impurities, dirt, oil, grime, etc. After shampooing your hair, leave it wet and go ahead with the derma roller. Use it once a week only, so that your skin gets time to recover.
Sterilise your derma roller and shampoo your hair before using it to prevent any infection(s)
