In 2021 my brother bought a 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali with 48,000 miles. He paid for the extended warranty for 75,000 miles of coverage. Thank God he did. This has been one of the worst vehicles he has ever owned. It is always at the dealership for "check engine" lights and running rough. The dealer cannot seem to find what is wrong with it. They turn off the engine light and five miles down the road it comes on. The dealer is just limping it along, until it goes off warranty and then is my brother's problem. They want to trade it in, but the dealer has no new vehicles. My Mom's cousin also bought a newer suburban and is full of electrical gremlins and no start issues(they ended up buying a older model suburban and parking this one, because they don't want anyone to get stuck with their lemon). My Mom's best friend has a newer Tahoe and it has "no crank" issues at times and the dealer cannot find what's wrong with it. I would stay away from newer GM Suv's at this time. This is like GM with their vehicles from 2007 and newer when they were cheaply building vehicles right before the great recession in 2008. When we bought our 2009 chevy 6.0 3/4 ton pickup the transfer case failed at only 7500 miles. :(

Karreil2525 If the Telluride or Palisade tried to tow the max tow of the Yukon the tech of the Hyundai and KIA wouldn’t matter because the transmission and engines would be blown. Also you guys have to remember this Yukon is a 5 year old design. Debuted back in 2014 as the 2015 model. So.. What does the Ultimate Black Edition offer above the other vehicles in the hierarchy. Additionally, I was hoping for a blacked-out interior and exterior..
This is not a full-size suv, a full size suv is the Suburban, Yukon XL, Escalade ESV. This is a smaller full size suv that originally was built on the Chevrolet Blazer K1500 and was updated to a full family version, the all new Chevrolet Tahoe in 1995. The problem was that GM had trouble selling the Blazer K1500 overseas, example in Europe the rear sofa was never approved by the state inspection emission to accommodate a family of many children it just wasn't safe enough unlike the Ford Bronco. So GM decided to convert it from a truck to a suv to be complied by the emissions in Europe and the rest of the world, GM wanted it to be a world suv (Chevrolet Tahoe) to sell better and make good profit, today GM offers the Cadillac Escalade and the Escalade ESV in Europe.
What? It’s a full size suv. All are built on the same structure, one is just longer than the other because they stretch it out. “Smaller full size suv” is still a full size suv.
@kenny kennysson when they say full size they're talking about the size of the frame on which the truck is built, the yukon, tahoe, escalade, are all built on a 1500 frame, which is the largest standard truck frame you can buy before going to a "super duty" size frame, i,e 2500, 3500 etc, which you see more in professional applications, the length is irrelevant.
@@maczilla4648 In fact it is relevant you see the Tahoe is built on the same platform today but the Suburban is the longer version, I thought that people would understand my comment.

Honestly I like the Expedition over the Yukon. To me the Expedition has an overall more modern look. I love how the seats and wood trim looks in the Yukon as well as the creases on the hood but the sea of chrome grill is too much and the body looks to boxy. Another great video.
Doesn’t that engine have cylinder deactivation to save fuel? You get some nice touches with the Denali but for the price I’d expect a little more. The info system is definitely due for an update. Nice job Joe! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Very nice but the Expedition is still King of the big boys along with its non identical twin brother the Navigator. Even the new Lincoln Aviator is just spectacular.
This is a great SUV, and it's one that I would seriously consider buying used. Problem with it is that the price is comparable to a Mercedes GLS, and when we test drove that car it was no comparison. Better ride, better third row, and decent fuel economy.
Love ❤️ your review on my Denali. 👍Thanks finally find it. The top out speed is at 130 mph. This body style is a lot better looking than the 2021. Beside all the features . Too many features to talked about. 😀‼️
Lol the “Wishcalade” for Cadillac’s can’t quite stretch buyers that don’t realize how mediocre the Denali interior is compared to the Escalade for more money.
Your zonks are right on. They could eliminate those external radio controls and put them on screen in the software. It needs to have a Teslaesq screen. I'd also like to see the second row captain's seats to be nearly the same as the front seats.
Nice, but they are not made for tall families, this is a great 2/3 person family ....they need to make extended versions of the Tahoe and suburbans so the 2nd row of seats have more left room.
Excellent review...I hate that small screen and cheap knobs and framing. I also hate that old school gear shifter on the stearing column. Why wouldn't they have a pararamic sun roof? Its much too small. The only thing I like about that vehicle is the outside design. This vehicle needs a total interior redesign. Very disappointing. RGEE
Have to "zonk" this video for two of the big novice errors: At 15:54 he's "surprised it doesn't have a release button, it makes you kind of jerk it down... which i think after a while it may break", when the release button is that big black rectangular button above his thumb the whole time. He's right though, it will break If people keep "jerking it down" WITHOUT pressing the release button. At 17:28 he says "I am in the largest SUV that is available" which is wrong. The Denali Yukon XL would the largest SUV available. Kind of hard to put a lot of stock into these videos when he focuses so much on the floor mats and lack of brushed aluminum accent pieces which most buyers won't notice, while making huge errors on critical aspects of the vehicle.
What american car manufacturers cannot get right is the space above the tires This huge empty space is always an eyesore That's something mastered specially by German car manufacturers make their cars look way better
For $80k I would expect more from the technology inside the car. Look at some of the European competitors.Touch screen size, drive mode options (off road, sport, surface specific drives, economy), gesture controls, panoramic sun roof
I love ur videos, it presents professionalisms. One thing I would like contribute to make your future videos better is the fluently of your “speech” could be better. Keep up the good work.
The rear seat entertainment screen on the 2019 GMC Youkon Denali is not a pull down manually screen but has a release button that says push to open. The switches in the front that he stated were to cumbersome, they are for both passenger and driver the switches for heated seats are also cooled seats. Read the manual before doing a video next time.
If you have a GM lease, You get close to $9000 Cash on hood discounts this year because they want to move them off the lots for the updated 2021 coming soon.
Raiti's Rides needs to be zonked for Misinformation. # 1 it's not the 1st year of the ultimate black edition. # 2 It's not the largest one that you can purchase. They also have a XL in the ultimate denali. Which is larger than the one that he reviewed.
I watched your review to see if there is any changes for 2019. It seems to be the same as my 2018. Providing an accurate review helps consumers make an educated decision.

Its much too small. The only thing I like about that vehicle is the outside design. This vehicle needs a total interior redesign. Very disappointing. RGEE
Thanks for letting me share this one with you Randy!
Have to "zonk" this video for two of the big novice errors:
At 15:54 he's "surprised it doesn't have a release button, it makes you kind of jerk it down... which i think after a while it may break", when the release button is that big black rectangular button above his thumb the whole time.
Thanks for sharing your input and perspective! I really appreciate you watching!
What american car manufacturers cannot get right is the space above the tires
This huge empty space is always an eyesore
That's something mastered specially by German car manufacturers make their cars look way better
Sweet! Would you guys still buy this particular year's today?
Sure why not?

Take a drink every time he says “Premium”
Car confections should review a nissan patrol and a gmc yukon
Good idea.
I see the 70k now. I will estimate by the last day of June you'll have 100k in subscribers.
Thank you sir for believing in me!

In the market for a pre-owned one 40 -50k not bad!
Please Joeraiti when will you make a review of the 2020 gmc yukon denali
If you have a GM lease, You get close to $9000 Cash on hood discounts this year because they want to move them off the lots for the updated 2021 coming soon.
Oh wow that is really huge! Thanks for sharing!
Raiti's Rides needs to be zonked for Misinformation. # 1 it's not the 1st year of the ultimate black edition. # 2 It's not the largest one that you can purchase. They also have a XL in the ultimate denali. Which is larger than the one that he reviewed.
Thank your for input and perspective! I really appreciate you watching!
I watched your review to see if there is any changes for 2019. It seems to be the same as my 2018. Providing an accurate review helps consumers make an educated decision.
I drove the land cruiser and Lexus LX570 and the Yukon nothing like driving the Yukon but it’s hard to maintain not reliable like the TOYATA land cruiser and Lexus
Thanks for sharing your input and perspective on this!
You welcome man Iam saying this as an owner of yukon
I really appreciate that! I like it when people share their thoughts!
Love the ZONKS!
Thanks Gordon! I will keep them coming!

How I missed thee! Thanks for being awesome Andy!
Your gonna see alot of newer vehicles pointing their exhaust down so the fumes aren’t sucked back into the ac
does the second row of seats fold down for even more storage space?
Yes
Might as well get an Escalade with that money.
That is a good point!
It’s a beautiful truck but without a doubt I’ll go for the Escalade considering the price point. BTW, I’m not a fan of that exhaust either. 👍👍
Yukon still outdated specially its interior for example the cluster and infotainment system with the small screen and its old OS UI.
The MSRP should be around 65K and that just for the powerful engine and that 10 speed.
Thanks Joe for your awesome review as always 👍🏼
I like big trucks and i cannot lie.....

How much would a car payment for one of those 🤔
That is a great question!
The blu-ray player does have a release button
where is the central console Fridge for this price?
Ford puts a Panoramic roof even on their trucks and cameras every where ... my next gonna be FORD if GM does not do anything apart from higher prices !!!
DENALI Logo !!!

2020 Navigator tops the shit out of this
No one notices how he said there is no button for the tv up top but there was one the whole time buy his finger in front plain sight , future reference
Raiti, do you have plan to review the Audi R8?
GMC needs to get onboard with the Panoramic Sun Roofs. For $80k the Sunroof is to plan, plus the inside interior is not all that. Need a bigger display screen..,
If you had a big Sun roof where would you put the DVD player ?
Is this a 2015?
I see what you did there!
I have this truck in XL, the tv screen has a button to release it, you don't just pull down the screen
Thanks for sharing your input and perspective! I appreciate you watching!
You have more 3rd row space in Chevy traverse also it has second row moonroof $35,000
AGREED!
XL, ESV and Suburban much better 3rd row.
I own premier edition traverse less than $50,000, has just about everything this SUV has except heads up, and of course that 6.2. The Yukon is bad ass I love it and this is an excellent review, but for my budget & needs, I will stick to my traverse for now. Not as cool, but saves me gas , cheaper , big ass double panoramic moon roof & more room ( my knees are never in my mouth hahaha good one!!)
What happened to the Denali XL that is the biggest
They are both large and in charge John. ;-)
Black edition- huge chrome grill, mirrors, trim, wheel trim..
That's how GMC does Black Edition I guess! ;-)
Dream car
I am so glad that I could share it with you!
Thi GMC DENALI IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE PICK-UP I LIJD IT LIKE THE TRANS & ENGINE ☺ ✔👌✔
I went almost 800 miles on one tank in a 2017 Denali XL ! Montreal qc to east Brunswick nj an back to Montreal
