I just bought this and used it on a photo shoot this past weekend. Let me say the model loved the smoke and the images we created. Now hav3 you used this outside and if so was it effective? Did the smoke linger or no?
Glad to hear you really enjoyed using it. I wouldn't recommend using it outdoors unless it's not windy, or you're shooting near walls to block off wind (in a parking garage, next to a building, etc.). I managed to get it to linger for a little bit, especially in dry ice mode, long enough to snap a few photos. Definitely not long enough if shooting video, but I don't think this device was designed for that.
