Hi, Trevor after watching your video about your hearing, I’ve had a virus for over three weeks & now am deaf in one ear, I phoned NHS audio through my doctors & now have an appointment for Jan 17th at my local health Center all free. 🙂
That's good that you could get an appointment so quickly with your local clinic. I am waiting for Specsavers to inform my surgery about my hearing test and see where I go from there.
The canal would be my daily walk I think. I love walking by water. May your New Year be full of improved heath and many wonderful adventures exploring some great places and hotels. Take care.
Walking by water is such a peaceful way to spend your day, but not just now or your likely to get mown down by a cyclist. Wishing you an amazing New Year filled with health and exciting adventures!
The fruit cake looked good Tracy. Friends gave us a 6"X6" piece of their Christmas cake which I am yet to sample. There's been too much food to choose from. I love fruit cake. I've not tried cheese with fruit cake, we've got some different cheese here, so might have to try it. Apart from the nurse helping my wife with her shower this morning, we've had a quiet day. A day watching the Aussies Vs. India in a test match from the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground). At least it was on TV but we were also looking at other internet things of interest. At the moment, there's an exciting Big Bash match between the Adelaide Strikers and Hobart Hurricanes. It's limited overs so the players attempt to hit every ball, finding the boundary with many 4's and 6's bringing the scores along quite nicely (its a night match under lights). Anyway, Happy Boxing Day (it's Friday 8:45pm here). All the best wishes to you all. Cheers..

Cake looks good. Only ever had cheese with Christmas Cake and that was in Huddersfield! Must be a Yorkshire thing. Hope you have all had a lovely Christmas, we have! xxx
