Really appreciate you showing footage of actually wearing and moving with the bag out and about 🙏. It makes a big difference, I wish more gear reviewers and product demonstration videos would do the same
As a person who carries a bag with the kitchen sink in it , you never know if you need .. well you don’t know do you ….. this looks like an extremely worthy bag . 👍
Mine arrived a few days ago love it with one thing, looks a lot smaller in real life than it appeared in the video was quite shocked at first. Personally would like it slightly larger but for now it’s big enough for the role I wanted it
Hi PJ, yes, I think you're right and they could have gone a wee bit bigger. I think the original Claymore bags were roughly this size, plus the have the Bushcraft satchel and haversack too so if it was any bigger they'd have competing lines
Looking a bag like this for walking dogs,to put ball bags treats n bottle of water etc ideal size too looked at bushcraft satchel but to big for my needs
I must say that I'm greatly relieved to know that this piece of gear, has passed muster with Tatical Teddy Bear!😌 That in itself, has put my mind at ease.😜 And we all know that the word of the "T-Bear", being the final authority on all things, is beyond question.🐶 But seriously, that's a great bag! We never had such things in my years in Vietnam. Everybody just carried Claymores in their ruck along with the gear to deploy 'em. But I really see why you love this particular model. It's quite a piece of gear!👍 And if they have one in the old tiger stripe, I'm going to snag one.😀
On the helikon tex website you can see the old version of the bag .. it didnt had the inside zipper pocket but velcro instead .. i like the zipperpocket more :)
@@MoorlanderEDC I still cant decide which color i want XD .. stuck between adaptive green, shadow grey, Coyote and DNC XD .. UPDATE.. i chose Earth Brown XD .. best for the Office .
Wow, what a cool review! I totally see how this could work for my iPad mini as my techie bag. This bag is like super versatile, can use it for so many things.
Hiya Chris. The diagonal measurement is about 13". If your laptop is bigger than that it's not going to fit I'm afraid... this is perfect for smaller laptops, Ereaders or tablets. Not sure if that's good new or not, however I hope it helps
Any Idea when they would become available in the US? I am relatively new to the company and wasn't sure if there are some things that don't make it to the U.S.
I always have an eye on Helikon-Tex bags as potentially adaptable as a mirrorless camera bag due to the pockets and compartments. I think this one could work well.
Agreed. The front pockets would be perfect for a mirror less camera body. If you have a padded slip for the camera to sit in to extra protection that would be killer
@@MoorlanderEDC Hard to tell from videos or their website but from your experience which of the Adaptive Green and Olive Green is the darker colour in real life. Thanks.
@@robinlennon4752 The OD green is the darker of the greens for sure. It's more green too, whereas the adaptive green is more like a ranger green (with more brown hints in there). Personally I prefer the Adaptive green. I've got several items in that colour and it seems to go with other colours better
@@MoorlanderEDC Thanks for the feedback 👍, the pattern in the one in the video is interesting but I think if it is greener like you I'd opt for the Adaptive. Keep up the great and helpful videos.

Thanks for a review, you just do some stuff I can not find reviews on, immediately bought this one 😂 hope they would do that gray melange pattern to, black for now so it better suits city environment as well 👍👍

Hey buddy. Going to the range is a thing here for sure. The fire arms community here is huge and growing. Pistols have to be heavily modified, however shotguns and rifles are perfectly legal with a licence. I think this is a great bag. I appreciate your point on getting a original. I thin there's quite a few mods needed and extra costs where as this bag is good to go straight out of the box. If you have them lying around at the unit Taylor is free though, it's great to up scale old kits. All the best buddy

I even left England due to the crap licence laws! wouldn't want you getting in strife! 😎
hi guys have you seen the new downright stupid Thames valley police zero tolerance scheme no matter if non locking and under 3 inches u will still be arrested and charged this makes me wonder where trades people stand as this would render "good reason" inapplicable. and where the law now stands and whether it is simply too dangerous to carry a knife as a tool now
That's horrible. Zero tolerance should be 'caught with a machete than you're in jail for life'... not 'caught with a swiss army knife and you're prosecuted to the same degree that you're carrying a machete'. The Police have a hard job and I appreciate that, however the people at the top aren't addressing real knife crime. All they're doing is criminalising people who follow the law to the line. I'm sure they have a reason for doing this but it's wrong and unlawful, plus not helping the reputation and public trust in them. If I was a carpet layer and they found a Stanley knife in my pocket on a random search, I'd let them arrest me. Then when my free legal team turned up I'd let them take over. Stopping law abiding citizens from carrying tools of their trade is unlawful. If I was walking to cricket this evening with my gear down the street, I could do more damage on a drug fuelled rampage in 10 minutes with a cricket bat, and I could do with a Stanley knife
Really appreciate you showing footage of actually wearing and moving with the bag out and about 🙏. It makes a big difference, I wish more gear reviewers and product demonstration videos would do the same
